  • The location and unit itself was very nice. It was clean and had everything you would need in terms of sundry items. The landlords (Nikky and Manny) were great to deal with and very accomodating. We will be contacting them to stay here the next time we're coming to Miami. You won't be disappointed.

  • We were elated at the amenities and the beautiful view from his 10th floor condo. It was very clean and well equipped. The owners were great to work with as well. We will definitely rent again when we go to Miami, it is well worth the money.

  • As advertised! The condo apartment is very clean and good sized overlooking both the ocean and the pool. It has a wonderful king size bed and a very comfortable sleeping sofa and recliner. 1 block from South Beach, a beautiful beach with lots of people, my teenaged daughter and her friend were very pleased. A great value.

  • We stayed in this apartment over President's Day weekend 2007 and had an amazing visit. It is incredibly clean, quiet and relaxing. Fantastic location right on the beach with amazing views. Building is incredibly safe and in wonderful location near restaurants, beach, bus line, playground, Starbucks, etc. Apartment is fully equipped and perfect for a relaxing week. Our only "complaint" would be that the pool is not heated and too cold to use in the winter. Sunrise views from this apartment are amazing!
