It was a great! Perfect location and the condo was very complete. Everything that anyone could want to do was right there, restaurants, beach, pool, and if you wanted to 'stay in", that was ok too. The owners were most helpful and we would highly recommend it to anyone.Thanks, guys.

The South Beach location was ideal for us. The apartment building was quiet and view from the apartment fantastic. We enjoyed the heated pool and beach proximity. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer on the same floor. The apartment was clean and well supplied with towels, beach toys and other items most might like to have. Nicky and Manny were prompt in giving us access to the apartment and certainly willing to help in any way. If you plan to use the sofa bed suggest you talk to the owners about possibly replacing the mattress and being sure the weather stripping on the balcony door was replaced as wind noise can be bothersome . I am sure that they would be happy to take care of these items. We would certainly stay there again.

I just returned from a WONDERFUL Miami vacation! The beach condo was as described and pictured in the listing but the beach view was even more spectacular live! Enjoy the 2nd floor ocean front pool/viewing deck...amazing sunsets! The condo was clean, bright, and cheerful..and the location was PERFECT! The condo was located in a quiet section of the beach south of Fifth yet when you walk outside you are a short distance to all tourist attractions and nightlife. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the deck with the view of the ocean. It was amazing to go to sleep to the sounds of the waves right outside your window. This condo is in a convenient location and loaded with all the comforts of home! Very relaxing vacation...will definately come again! Thank you Nicky and Manny!

We came back for the second time to this condo - it is perfect! We would highly recommend this unit - beautifully decorated, great view, great bed and shower, free parking, heated pool and stunning beach. What more could you ask? If you like piano bars and great food, try Magnum Lounge in Miami. Thanks Manny and Nikki!

Stayed at this condo in May for 2 weeks and couldn't have found a better one! Has everything you need for the beach, modern decor, and a view of the wonderful ocean :). Will be contacting again! :)

My husband and I stayed in this vacation rental and loved it so much. Very close to all South Beach attractions. We highly recommend this condo and we are planning to return in the future.

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary here and we had the best time ever! The beach is the most beautiful of any coast in Florida. We toured Key West, jet skiied Miami, snorkeled, walked and swam the beach, went out on the town and relaxed more than ever. This unit is decorated so beautifully and the owners are so very kind and have thought of everything. We would come back in a heart beat!

This place was everything promised and more!! Very clean and quiet, but close to all you could want. We had never been to South Beach before and didn't know what location would be best. The location and unit itself was very nice. It was clean and had everything you would need in terms of sundry items. The landlords (Nikky and Manny) were great to deal with and very accomodating. We will be contacting them to stay here the next time we're coming to Miami. You won't be disappointed.

We were elated at the amenities and the beautiful view from his 10th floor condo. It was very clean and well equipped. The owners were great to work with as well. We will definitely rent again when we go to Miami, it is well worth the money.

As advertised! The condo apartment is very clean and good sized overlooking both the ocean and the pool. It has a wonderful king size bed and a very comfortable sleeping sofa and recliner. 1 block from South Beach, a beautiful beach with lots of people, my teenaged daughter and her friend were very pleased. A great value.

We stayed in this apartment over President's Day weekend 2007 and had an amazing visit. It is incredibly clean, quiet and relaxing. Fantastic location right on the beach with amazing views. Building is incredibly safe and in wonderful location near restaurants, beach, bus line, playground, Starbucks, etc. Apartment is fully equipped and perfect for a relaxing week. Our only "complaint" would be that the pool is not heated and too cold to use in the winter. Sunrise views from this apartment are amazing!

We just wanted to get away for the weekend and ended up staying for the whole week. What a great view of the beach and the restaurants in the area are great. The apartment was very clean and it looks great. I am looking forward to staying there again.

All about location! The view from the apartment was the best part. I enjoyed every minute I was there; from the restaurants nearby to the nice walks on the beach. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Loved it!
