This cozy, Outer Banks cottage is our most popular after our oceanfront ones. It is located in Kill Devil Hills, 1/2 mile south of the Wright Brothers Memorial. It is oceanside, which means it is on the oceanfront side of the beach road (no streets to cross to get to the ocean), just not oceanfront.
It features a double bed in each bedroom, kitchen, living room/dining area, bath, and a front & back porch. It will sleep a maximum of 6 persons (includes children and adults). Linen is provided and there is wireless internet. Pool privileges are provided at our adjacent property (open seasonally). The kitchen features: stove/oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffeemaker, basic cookware, dinnerware, and silverware.
During the warmer months this rental is sold weekly starting on Saturdays. In the fall, spring, and winter it may be rented weekly (starting on any day) or nightly (minimum night stay required). Guests are responsible for bringing their own paper products, trash liners, soap, etc. If you have any questions as to what is provided, please call our front desk anytime.
Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is 10 am. All guests must be 21 years of age or older to register and occupy this cottage (unless they are a family unit). Prior to departure all dishes must be washed and all trash must be removed from the cottage.
