Enjoy being minutes from skiing at Loon Mountain(five minutes- Shuttle Available), Cannon Mountain(15 minutes), Bretton Woods(30 minutes), and Waterville Valley(30 minutes). Many family attractions including Clarks Trading Post, Hobo Railroad, Lost River, Echo Lake, Story Land, Santa's Village, gondola rides, horse riding, hiking trails, fishing, and more.

This is a safe, clean, well cared for family resort... nothing is overlooked from facilities to flowers. Owners range from young families to origional investers and there is plenty to do for all. The grounds are flat for walking, biking, baby strollers and more. The views are breathtaking from every angle. Spend your day skiing(Free shuttle to LOON),hiking, biking, touring or shopping(Short drive to No. Conway).You could stay at the resort to swim (Indoor Pool,Five-acre lake with private beach or Pemigewasset River), boat, work out, play, or relax.

Lincoln and Woodstock Centers are within walking distance and offer mini-golf, dining, shopping, movies, and more. We feel, as do our regular renters, that there is no better place in the area!!! Come once and you will be back...

We are NOW offering our 'home-away-from-home' for rent during ALL FOUR SEASONS, so book EARLY. Stay in a recently decorated, well kept Condominium with new beds and furniture.

The DeerPark resort was fantastic offering many amenities for our family and its location was perfectly situated around tons of things to do to keep my little one's entertained. Your unit is in a perfect location and was very comfortable for our summer vacation. We would love to rent it again and I would highly recommend it to others!

  • Would highly recommend this unit for rental. It is a great location for a family vacation - from the lake on sunny days to the indoor pool on the rainy ones and we were never at a loss for someplace to go for a short morning trip to a day long outing. The unit is very clean, in new condition and has all the amenities of home. Hoping to have the opportunity to return next year!

  • We loved our stay at DeerPark and this particular unit. The resort is ideally located near all family sight seeing. The condo is beautifully furnished, clean and has all amenities we could think of for a comfortable vacation. I loved the river view and that we could watch the kids play in the water from the deck. We spent a lot of time at the tennis courts and pool after dinner so there was never too much down time. I highly recommend this resort and condo.
