I can't say enough about this unit. I truly believe it is the best location within Deer Park. The stream running in the backyard is so peaceful! Any season of the year is the perfect time to visit. Whether you want to relax or take on Nature in all it's beauty you are sure to find many things to do. You won't want to leave.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Serene Home Away from Home in an Idyllic Setting, Close to National Parks, Skiing and Sightseeing

We have been staying at this great condo for years, and have enjoyed every moment. The condo is spacious, clean, great for family and friends and the location cannot be beat! Deer Park itself boats a great private lake and indoor pool, so even on rainy days, my family was endlessly amused. Walk out the back door, grab a chair and a book, and relax by the bubbling creek or turn out of Deer Park to fantastic mountain views. It is very close to shopping, Woodstock Brewery, Loon Mountain & other great restaurants, too! Take a short drive and you are sure to run into picnic spots, photo opportunities, hiking trails and hidden gems of all kinds. Also, take a day trip to a Whale's Tale Waterpark (10 minutes away) or Storyland (45 minutes away)! We absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family trip or friends getaway! Owners are very accommodating and always available to answer any questions!

A Wicked Memorable Week

We stayed at this peaceful condo two summers ago and can't wait to go back. The location is wonderful...right on the river and within walking distance to the tennis courts, pool and lake. My children really enjoyed our week there and especially loved spending the day in the water, jumping off the floating dock! We found the beach just the right size and never crowded. At night we loved to sit outside and enjoy the quiet of the woods and listening to the water. The condo is an easy ride to all the fun sights like Story Land, which we drove to one day. We'll be going back this summer with friends! Thanks to Jim and Sandy for this little slice of heaven. :-)

The DeerPark resort was fantastic offering many amenities for our family and its location was perfectly situated around tons of things to do to keep my little one's entertained. Your unit is in a perfect location and was very comfortable for our summer vacation. We would love to rent it again and I would highly recommend it to others!

Would highly recommend this unit for rental. It is a great location for a family vacation - from the lake on sunny days to the indoor pool on the rainy ones and we were never at a loss for someplace to go for a short morning trip to a day long outing. The unit is very clean, in new condition and has all the amenities of home. Hoping to have the opportunity to return next year!

We loved our stay at DeerPark and this particular unit. The resort is ideally located near all family sight seeing. The condo is beautifully furnished, clean and has all amenities we could think of for a comfortable vacation. I loved the river view and that we could watch the kids play in the water from the deck. We spent a lot of time at the tennis courts and pool after dinner so there was never too much down time. I highly recommend this resort and condo.
