Location: Bucerias, Nayarit, Puerto Vallarta Area, Mexico (11 miles north of Puerto Vallarta). Ideally located on the longest Beach in the Puerta Vallarta Bay on the quiet west edge of Bucerias town. The beachfront penthouse condominium is within short walking distance (two minutes) of over ten beachfront restaurants and over 30 non breachfront restaraunts in Bucerias, the town square with several restaurants and bars, buses, coffee shops, pharmacy, mini super, bus stop, taxis and more. Mega Shopping centre 5 minutes away by car or bus.
Accommodations: Luxury 6 th Floor Beachfront End Unit Penthouse Condominium with Private 7th Floor Suite which is accessible from interior stairs from the 6th floor and includes a 2nd master bedroom, ktchenette, walk in full bathroom and deck. The 6th floor has over 1500 ft2 of living space with a approximate 500ft2 balcony that is 62 feet long and wraps around 2 sides of the building for a 270 degree view of the Bay, Bucerias and Nuevo Vallarta. The main part of the balcony is 10 feet wide, so there is more than enough space to relax on the 2 lounge chairs and Rattan sofa and side chairs, have dinner on the outdoor Rattan table with 4 chairs or drinks or just hang out. It is certainly the focal point of the condo. This 6th main floor includes the kitchen, dining area and family room and two bedrooms each with a king-size bed and each with a full walk-in private bathroom. The king beds in each room can be configured for two single beds in each room (sleeps total of 4 on the 6th floor).
On the 7th floor is a 500 ft2 private suite with a second master bedroom, kitchenette, covered barbecue area with wet bar and another full bathroom/shower. A 500 ft2 deck surrounds the bedroom and living area on the 7 th floor with shade awnings for sun protection and awesome unobstructed 270 degree views of the ocean mountains and city.
Total area of the 6th and 7th floors is therefore 2000 ft2 of living area with 3 bedrooms each with a walk in bathroom, and 1000 ft2 of outdoor living area on the decks for a total of 3000 ft2 of useable area.
The 7th floor 1 bedroom suite allows an additional sleeping capacity of 2 people. Which when added to the 2 bedrooms and 4 person capacity on the 6th floor results in a total of 3 bedrooms (of which 2 are master bedrooms) which allows 6 adults to sleep in optimum comfort. Please note that based on needs for your vacation, this condo can be configured for 2 bedrooms for accomodation of 2-4 persons by using only the 6th floor. By opening access the 7th floor (locking doors are present on the stairs from the 6th to 7th floors), the total number of rooms can be configured to 3 bedroom which allows 6 adults to sleep in comfort. Alternately if 2 couples (4 adults) require 2 master bedrooms, then both the 6th and 7th floors may be used to accomodate this requirement. This luxurious penthouse condominium offers arguably the most spectacular views of any property in the Puerto Vallarta area. Above the height of palm trees and not unobstructed by other buildings or anything, the decks on the 6th and 7th floors of this end unit condominium wrap around two faces of the building and provides a fantastic 270 degree view of the Bay, Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta, Bucerias town, La Cruz and the Sierra Madre mountains.
The 7th floor suite (accessible only from this the penthouse condominium) allows privacy if required where you can relax and spend quiet time reading and enjoying the privacy or you can have a barbecue fiesta with beverages from the wet bar in a spectacular venue under the stars with the city lights in the distance.
Punta Plata is a new beachfront condominium completed in 2007. It incorporates many unique 21st century architectural features in each condo, including ceiling to floor full slide opening windows in the main living room and master bedroom, plus walk- in multi feature bathrooms for each bedroom. Individual overhead fans and air conditioning allow for personal comfort and air quality control of each separate room. Modern linens and amenities, including an elevator and a washing machine and dryer, are present for your convenience and enjoyment!
The furnishings of this upscale penthouse condominium have been selected by an experienced decorator and are all brand new and present a contemporary style with Mexican flavor. The kitchen includes all the necessary items to prepare any "feast or snack" on your vacation. The water to each unit in the building is purified and tested regularly.
The grounds of Punta Plata include a covered barbecue area, personal poolside lounge chairs, shower, bathroom, infinity pool with private steps to the beach with a security gate and underground parking if you are driving. Please note that the condominium is so convenient to all amenities that it is unnecessary to rent a car, and you could get to the condominium with a short 15 minute (approx 300 peso) taxi ride from the airport.
The entire complex is enclosed by a wall for added privacy and security. There is a guard house which controls a gated pedestrian and vehicle entrance and 24 hour security on site.
Location, location, location! Awesome accommodations, and in an ideal spot. Located on a cobblestone street next to a pedestrian public park/walkway allows for a quiet and local picturesque experience. The building is one, -village-cobblestone-quiet- rooster-gecko-flower- filled block to the first beach-front restaurant and restaurants continue all the way to the Bucerias town square about four short blocks away.

We spent 10 happy days in this lovely condo. We had stayed in a different unit (different owner) a few years back and loved the location but weren't so happy with the amenities. All I can say is that this condo was a delight. The amenities, the view...everything was as described and it made for a delightful stay. The condo is very nicely furnished, with modern, comfortable furniture....the king-sized bed was excellent for long sleeps! The wraparound balcony made you feel as though you were hovering over the bay. The pelicans would swoop by at eye level! Super location, close to restaurants, but never noisy. We are hoping to return.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We have had the opportunity to rent this unit twice now and highly recommend it. The location and view are the best in Bucerias and the condo and furnishings are great. It is a short walk to everything. The 6th floor by itself is beautiful but the addition of the 7th floor makes it the best property around. Treat yourself to a stay here.

My wife and I just returned from a wonderful week at Punta Plata 6A. This condo is amazing. The building, the pool, the grounds, all first class. The luxury master penthouse suite is like something from a Hollywood movie. We had coffee on the spacious balcony evey morning wile enjoying amazing 270 degree views of the Bay of Banderas. Then we walked the beach for miles in both directions. Restaraunts, bars, shops and galleries were just steps away. Bucerias is a great town and Punta Plata 6A is the prime location. We look forward to our next visit.

Fabulous - Any closer to the Ocean and you would be in it! The penthouse condo has luxury accommodations, an awesome view, and is very quiet and relaxing. The infinity pool is to die for. This is a great spot and we only wish we booked a longer stay; next time for sure...

We just returned from two weeks at Punta Plata 6A. We have been to the area several times over the last 7 years and this is our favorite place. 6A offer the best view and the building is first class. The staff is wondrful, clean building, the best pool and deck area. 6A at Punta Plata will be our first choice to rent.

The place is new and super clean, and quiet and restful. It is a wonderful place to spend a vacation. The view is to die for. The furnishings and amenities are outstanding. We stayed for 3 weeks last year and have booked for 5 weeks this year.

Insane views. The condo is beautiful and so convenient, you can walk to all the restaurants and bars you need. The bus is close and cheap ($.50) to PV and so easy to use, you never need the expense of a car. We swam in the ocean and pool every day and did all the water sports and whale watching. It was so nice to have our private Jacuzzi for relaxing and the huge decks are ideal for evening social parties. The weather was perfect. I have already made another booking for next year here.
