Unit has breathtaking views from the lanai with walking distance to the main clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts, and main pool area.
Kitchen eating area overlooks 10th green of the Sabel course and pond and is fully equipped with a hightop table and four chairs with seating for three at the breakfast bar. Ceramic tile throughout area.
Dining Room has seating for six with mirrored wall.
Living Room has a 32" screen TV with DVD player and a queen size sleeper sofa. Ceramic tile throughout with beautiful large area rug.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom and walk-in shower along with a walk-in closet. TV and DVD player with cable access. Towels and linen are furnished.
Guest bedroom is complete with two twin beds and large closet and access to full bathroom.
