Our property is located in Alta Vista, just a 15 minute walk (one kilometer) to the village center, and on the valley trail and bus line. This home is exceptionally clean. It is a non smoking and no pets home, no exceptions please. The kitchen is well equipped with EVERYTHING you'll need to cook and entertain at home and includes an assortment of most condiments (oil, vinegars, spices, coffee beans, teas, ketchup, mustards, etc) for your use.
The dining table comfortably seats eight people. There is a table and chairs on the deck for lounging and summer bbqs along with a Weber gas grill available for use year round.
The master bed room has a king-size bed, onsuite has a double headed 6' shower and two sinks. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds, one of the bedrooms has two bunk beds which sleep four, with a den attached through a pocket door. The den has a double futon (w/spring mattress) comfortable for sleeping or watching TV. Wonderful linens and good quality mattresses throughout!
There are four TVs, two DVD players and a good selection of movies, also a variety of CDs, games, and toys. The hot tub is a 6 man tub on the deck off the main living area, and comletely private. It is regularly maintained by a service keeping it clean at all times.
There is a heated room off the garage for skis, boots and wet ski gear.
