Our property is located in Alta Vista, just a 15 minute walk (one kilometer) to the village center, and on the valley trail and bus line. This home is exceptionally clean. It is a non smoking and no pets home, no exceptions please. The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils needed to cook at home and includes an assortment of most condiments (oil, vinegars, spices, coffee beans, teas, ketchup, mustards, etc)for your use.
The dining table comfortably seats eight people, and can seat ten.See photos of living area.
The master bed room has a king-size bed,onsuite has a double headed 6'shower and two sinks. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds, one of the bedrooms has two bunk beds which sleep four, the bunk room has a small room attached through a pocket door with a double futon(w/spring mattress) for sleeping or watching TV. Wonderful linens and good quality mattresses throughout!
There are four TVs, two DVD players(& three VCRs)with a good selection of movies, also a good variety of CDs, games, and toys. The hot tub is a 6 man tub on the deck off the main living area, not visible from the road or neighbours.It is regularly maintained by a service keeping it very clean.
There is a heated ski room off the garage for skis, boots and wet ski gear.
