Do you love biking, skiing, hiking and wildflowers? This is the perfect place for you! You will enjoy staying in our beautiful new 3 bedroom townhouse located in Mt. Crested Butte, just minutes from the slopes and trails.
We are conveniently located just a 45 second walk from the shuttle stop (free), which will take you anywhere you need to go in Crested Butte. Just sling your bike or skis onto the back and you are on your way!
For skiers and mountain bikers, you can store your skis and bikes in our garage where we have provided racks and space to park or work on your bikes.
The main floor has the kitchen, dining area, living room (with TV and cable/dvd/vcr), fireplace and small deck where you can enjoy the afternoon sun after a busy day playing.
The second floor has two bedrooms, laundry facilities and a full bathroom. One bedroom contains a bunk (twin over queen futon) and TV-VCR-DVD player. The other bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen bed.
The top floor contains the master bedroom (with queen bed) and bathroom. This room is quiet, private and a bit larger than the others. You will wake up to beautiful mountain views and dream of the adventures you are about to experience.
Our aim is to provide a retreat where you can feel comfortable and welcome, like walking into your own home. In doing this, we have tried to anticipate your every need. We are confident that you will enjoy your stay in our new home.
Rental Policies
Minimum Night Requirements
Minimum 3 night stay with the following exceptions:
4th of July Holiday (6/30 - 7/5) - 6 Nights
Spring Break and the week prior to Christmas - 5 Nights
Christmas - 7 Nights (12/22/06 - 1/1/07)
All other times the minimum night stay is 3 nights.
Deposit Requirements & Cancellation Policy
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express or personal check/money order.
The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival except reservations in the Summer, Holiday & Spring Break seasons. Payment for Summer, Holiday & Spring Break is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received prior to the final payment will receive a refund of monies less a $100 cancellation fee. This includes cancelling any nights from the original reservation. Cancellations after the final payment has been received will be completely non-refundable unless re-rented for the same amount of time. If re-rented, monies will be returned to renter minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Security Deposit of $200 is due with the final payment. Deposit will be returned within 10 business days of departure.

Crested Butte is magical. Everytime we drive in, we are amazed by the sheer beauty of the place. We love mountain biking, and the trails here are out of this world. We also love skiing, so it's the perfect spot to visit!

Our home is located in a new neighborhood with cute houses, little traffic and a sense of community. The views are amazing. It's close to lifts and trails for easy access to loads of adventure.

My husband first took me to Crested Butte the year we were married. We have since been coming back as often as we can. It is truly our favorite place to go! We realized our dream of owning a little place in 2006 and now bring our family for vacations whenever we can. It has become a home away from home for us where memories are rich and deep.
