This unit is an OVERSIZED one bedroom... so you can sleep as many as a two bedroom but you only pay a one bedroom price! It's the perfect FAMILY set up.
The location is the best! Renters in the past have loved The Springs, because it's a very short walk to the GONDOLA, SHOPS, AND RESTAURANTS, yet it remains just across the river from the main public walking corridor. This family setting is not only convenient but PEACEFUL and QUIET.

THE SPRINGS is a Great Complex with KID FRIENDLY amenities. The unique features found ONLY at the Springs include; a TODDLERS PLAYROOM, a MOVIE ROOM, a really FUN SLIDE into the pool, and a HEATED BABY POOL. The POOL is heated to 93 DEGREES and is set between several Rock walls that block wind.
The Springs interior has unique mix of slate, distressed wood, wrought iron chandelier, and custom wood furniture to make your stay warm and comfortable.
This unit is a perfect value. It is bigger than a one bedroom unit, but only slightly smaller than the two bedroom units in the Springs. It sleeps 6 comfortably: queen bed in the bedroom; queen size murphy bed; queen sized-pull out couch bed. It also has two full bathrooms which is an added plus for the value of this place.
Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. The lobby is breathtaking with a signature fireplace and two-story interior waterfall coming from an actual under water natural SPRING. The outdoor, heated, swimming pool with slide provides a fun time for all ages year round. If you just want to relax the hot tub is near by.

We recieved the security deposit today, other wise this would have come earlier, I lost your e-mail address, sorry. Anyway thank-you for accomodating us with the luxurious quarters, our family had a blast. One suggestion and the only one a Mom can think of is -- more hangers. That is the only thing, you have done well. We will definantly be in touch for next year. Do you know if there are any larger condos in that complex that are rentalable Thank-you again. Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for allowing us to spend some time in your beautiful condo. Our family had a wonderful vacation in Summit County and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to call “base camp.” (And you were right…there are a ton of things to do with kids!)
