Our new condo is located in Playacar, Playa del Carmen. It is centrally located in the Mayan Riviera approximately 45 minutes south of Cancun Airport. You can visit and enjoy many popular attractions in the region, such as Xcaret, Xelha, Tulum and Coba which boast Myan Ruins and eco parks. The Islands of Cozumel and Mujeras have fantastic diving, snorkling and some of the most pristine beaches are a short ferry ride away.
The condo offers all the comforts of home, including satellite TV, DVD, XBOX and CD stereo, two bikes and most importantly a hot/cold water dispencer. All rooms have air conditioning and fans. The private patio has a large BBQ and comfortable furniture where you can relax with friends and family. The pool area boasts a large palapa, which is covered by a thatched roof protecting the outdoor counter space and sink. This area is great for relaxing and entertaining.
A Jack Nicholas 18 hole Golf course is located within a few minutes walk. The golf club boasts a fantastic SPA, restaurant, golf carts and many other ammenities.
A casual walk along the golf course leads you into town to the foot of the famous 5th Avenue where most of the night life, restaurants and beaches are located. You can spend endless hours looking through fantastic stores, eating world famous cuisine or simply relaxing on the beach.
There are many beautiful beaches within a five minute drive (about 10 minutes on the bikes) Mamitas, Toucan or Coco beach all have beach clubs that serve great food and drinks. You can either bring your own cooler with drinks and snacks or buy directly from the beach clubs. Beach chairs can be rented for a small fee at these locations or you can bring your own.
Two small groceries and Internet cafe are located within a couple minutes walk of the condo. Larger grocery chains, such as Chedraui and Sam's Club, offer amazing shopping. A new mall located just accross the highway (a few minutes by car) has many new stores, grocery and a cinema.
Cab fare in Playa del Carmen is only $5. This is by far the friendliest, cleanest and most efficient cab service we have ever experienced.
A ferry service to Cozumel and Isla de Mujeras which runs several times throughout the day can be found just off 5th Avenue.

- All rooms are tiled, have ceiling dans and air conditioning with remotes, The beds all have High Quality Pillow Top Mattresses and extra bedding and towels are provided, Master Bedroom has TV and DVD. Second Bedroom also has a TV and XBox with games. Satellite TV and stereo with CD player in living room. A full kitchen includes Microwave, Toaster Oven, Coffee Maker, cooking utensils and hot and cold water dispencer, The Laundry Room is located just off the kitchen and includes washer and dryer. Two bikes with locks are included and stored in the unit, Weekly Maid Service is included in rental, additional service can be arranged by the local property manager at a small additional cost

Shopping such as Wallmart, Mega, Sam's club are all within a five minute drive If you are not renting a car, transportation is never an issue, Cab service is just around the corner and available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, The fare is generally fixed at $5 or 50 Pesos almost anywhere in Playa
