Located on water canal with ocean access , 1 mile from I-95 , 2 miles from the Florida Turnpike and approximately 3 miles from the beach. Approximately 10 mi (10 min ) from the Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood Int. Airport
Fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops. Mexican tiled floors thru-out except for bedrooms which are carpeted. Bathrooms are fully tiled. Great location with easy access and privacy and in a very nice neighborhood. There is a multi-tiered deck overlooking the water which extends from the heated pool and the tiled area surrounding the pool to over the canal.
Smoking is permitted outside the house.

Nice house inside & out. The online photos are very accurate. The house was clean and well taken care of. The location was central to everything. Quick drive to Fort Lauderdale beach, and only 1 1/2 hrs to Key Largo for a day trip. The owner was easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions. Would definately stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, adventure seekers.

There were 6 of us who stayed in the house and we had a great time here. It is very nicely decorated and accomadating. It had everything we could possible need. The beds are very comfortable. Your house is one of the nicest rentals my family and I have experienced. We have already recommended your place to our friends. Your photos of the place look nice but they don't do justice to how nice everything really is. We agree with the others who have left comments. We had a great time at this house. The house was very nicely decorated and clean. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. We would highly recommend this rental proprty and one day we will be back.
