The Villa Playa Maria, recently built & completed in 2007, offers luxury accommodations with unique ocean-views. This 4 bedroom, 6 baths mini-resort is located on the beach, has a heated salt water swim-up pool bar with 2 outdoor restooms & hot & cold fresh water showers, back up power and water reserves, along with state of the art electronics & appliances.
This property is a spacious 3600 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bath Main Villa that features a 1600 upstairs master bedroom with wet bar, lounge , sitting area, 2 person jacuzzi, Swedish shower, retractable Nana walls, a 600 sq ft wrap around balcony, 3 flat screen Tvs with surround sound and a 1200 sq ft 1 bedroom, 2 bath Guest Villa.The Guest Villa can be divided into 2 separate living area with their own separate entrances. Why the Owner Chose Rincon
I purchased an incredible lot on Maria's Beach in June of 2002 from Maria's son, everyone in town had been trying to get this property since the 1968 World Surf Championships, but somehow I was the lucky one to close the deal. You couldn't even get inside the property without a machetee. I had a dream of building a beachfront estate that would be perfect for entertaining & a property that I could share with others to enjoy all this beautiful location had to offer. . This estate was built for entertaining !!! small or large groups, and it took me 5 years to build this magnificent dream Villa.
I welcome everyone to my home to enjoy the abmbience that the Villa creates for all.

There are unobstucted views of 7 world class surf spots, snokeling, scuba diving off Desecheo Island, Sunsets every night, 90 ft of beachfront, sand volleyball, Resturant & night life all within walking distance.
Located on the edge of the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, the last property on the west end of the Island, closest to the Point where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribean Sea, just south of the El Faro Lighthouse. The Villa is truely an ideal location that has it's own little eco-climate & is a fantastic place to spend a dream vacation.

My hobbies, other than Real Estate are Surfing, Scuba Diving & Snow Skiing, but lately I've been staying in the Tropics and enjoying the warm weather. I have 4 beautiful children, 3 sons & 1 daughter that I love very much and who also love Rincon and visit the Villa often.
