This is the place you have been looking for! This Beach level condo has been totally redone, from tile to paint and furniture. It is new and ready to be enjoyed. Walk out the door directly to the beach with perfect white sand. Island Shores is located .6 miles East of the Highway 59 intersection, in the heart of Gulf Shores. Everything and anything you want to do is within 5 miles, from Shopping, Waterparks, Golfing, Fishing, restaurants, and more. Within the Island Shores property, you have a swimming pool with lots of seating.
Walk into the condo and directly to the left is the Master Bedroom(Queen Bed) with TV/VCR, ceiling fan and attached bath. Straight ahead is the full kitchen, stocked with anything you may need during your stay, from coffee maker and toaster to cooking utensils and cookware. The kitchen opens up to the 4 top dining room table and living room. The living room has a beautiful red suede sofa bed and large chair, along with stand and sofa table with TV/DVD/VCR. There is a large picture window to capture the relaxing views. Our condo is also equipped with FREE wireless high speed internet.
To the left is the beach side, second bedroom with 2 twin beds and closet. This room has a large window with Gulf views. Step through the living room and out the door to the patio, with table and chairs, feels like you are sitting on the sand.

Why the Owner Chose Island Shores
We chose Gulf Shores because it is in a great location, the beaches are perfect and big. The area has really cleaned up since the hurricanes and they have added some great new places to eat right on the beach. There is so much to do for all ages and the weather is great.

We stayed in this condo for The Shrimp Festival and it was awesome. The condo is nicely furnished and very clean. It has a kitchen that is fully-stocked with all the items necessary for cooking. All the photos on the vrbo listing are very accurate. We loved it's beach-front, ground floor location. The patio provides great ocean views. The swimming pool is great; well-kept with lots of seating. We loved that you can walk to lots of restaurants and shops from Island Shores. Jason was wonderful to do business with. He was always available to answer questions and got back to us promptly. We will definitely make this condo our Gulf Shores choice again and again. We highly recommend that you try it out!

Great value for a nice cozy condo. Just as advertised...walk out the door right onto the beach. It was hard on what to do, watch the football game on TV or stare out the window at the beach. Only thing that would make this better is if the owner took credit card so we could have stayed even longer . Most definitely will be coming back next year. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and i highly recommend this unit to anyone who is on the fence about renting this unit or not. JUST DO IT!!!!! Only negative i had on the trip was the jellyfish problem but this is completely out of anyone's control....the pool was a perfect substitute. Thanks again for a great getaway.

We stayed here July 16 -23, wonderul experience. Ground Floor, no steps. Walk right out on the Beach. Very Clean & with a well stocked kitchen. Nice to sit out on the Balcony each morning & have breakfast. I would highly recommend this Condo, we will be going back. Great Location, can walk to "The Hangout" & Sea & Suds has great food & very reasonably priced. Jason was very easy to work with and answered all my questions. Don't miss Lulu's...great entertainment & Food is very good. Well worth the Hour and half wait : )

Condo was clean and gorgeous & absolutely perfect for me and my husband on our honeymoon! We ate breakfast every morning on the balcony, the view was spectacular! The entrance to the condo is located right beside the walkway to the gulf, so no climbing stairs or smelly elevators! Also Sea & Suds is just a few steps down the beach! Jason was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be back! -Megan

We spent 5 days here this past October and were thrilled with our overall experience. Mark made the entire process completely pain-free and the condo was just as advertised. Breathtaking views from the beach level balcony greeted us each morning, the condo was clean and brightly decorated, and the location could not have been better. We are already booked for the same week this October, and hope to make this an annual vacation tradition for our family. P.S. - If you visit, don't miss Lambert's Cafe in nearby Foley. It's definately worth the short drive.
