This is a direct oceanfront penthouse unit (17th floor) that overlooks the beach. Magnificent view! New Living Room carpet and furniture May 2010. Balconies have been resurfaced this year, looks like a tile floor. Relax or just read a good book and enjoy the view.
The balcony overlooks the ocean, sliding doors from the living room and master bedroom. A great place to enjoy a sunrise or sunset.
