This Atalaya Towers unit includes three bedrooms, two full baths, living/dining room combination, electric kitchen with dishwasher, frost-free refrigerator with ice maker, full size washer and dryer, central heat and air, balcony off the living room and master bedroom, Landscaped grounds include outdoor pool, indoor pool, and indoor hot tub. A balcony overlooks the ocean, sliding doors from the living room and master bedroom. A great place to enjoy a sunrise or sunset.
Two parking spaces per unit and two elevators. Master bedroom has one king, second bedroom has a queen and a daybed, third bedroom has a bunk bed, twin over full. A full size sofa bed is also available. All bedrooms have cable television with connections for game systems if desired. There is a 32" Flat Screen and a DVD Player in the Living Room. Master bedroom has a combo TV/DVD.
