Easy walk to all shopping, restaurants, bars and beach. We are a mere few minutes walk to the best beach in Playa (Mamitas Beach) and only one block north of Constintuentes Avenue.
Despite the central location, the feel of this property is more a private garden Oasis, with secured gate, courtyard and pool.

The property was more than accommodating. It was clean and comfortable. You felt very secure with the gate which remains locked (We were given a key), and being two floors up, which keeps the street level noise to a bare minimum. There are nice amenities just down stairs, ie liquor store with basic groceries, restaurants to eat at, wireless internet in the condo, near to the beach. All in all a fantastic deal for the space. PERFECT for the budget conscious travellers.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
