This is our dream home! It is on the most beautiful beach in Florida, Grayton Beach. This home is located on the most desired street in Grayton, Cottage Street. Not only on a great street, but at the end and beach front!
On the porch, sit and watch all of the activity on the beaches or just sit and relax.
Our home is very family friendly but luxurious! We designed and decorated it to make families feel welcome, yet, all of the luxuries you can imagine. The home was professionally decorated, and we chose only the best. The beds are very comfortable and linens are by Charisma. The kitchen appliances are all Viking and a cooks dream.
You enter on the main living floor area and kitchen. What a wonderful place to entertain and relax. The views from every room are incredible.
On the next floor, we have two masters. Both have very comfy king beds. They both have access to a wrap-around porch. One master has a steam shower and garden tub. You can see forever from the balcony and bedrooms. The beaches from here are breathtaking! The laundry room is located on this floor as well.
The third floor is lots of fun. The third bedroom is very calming and beautiful. It has a queen size bed and also a built-in twin bed for your little one to join you in the same room but, not in the same bed!
Last but not least, is the a kids or teens dream room. In this creative kids space, there is a king and five twin beds. The bunks have built-in flat screen televisions. The room has a hide-out toy room, your kids will love this room!
All of the televisions in the house are plasma. The main room is a 50 inch. The house is equipped with surround sound.

My family (6 adults and 5 children) vacationed at Grayton Beach in June, 2009 and stayed in this BEAUTIFUL beach house! It was, beyond a doubt, the most perfect location for a family vacation ever. The home was only matched by the pristine white sand and crystal blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The "lagoon" between the lake and the Gulf was great for our young grandsons. The owner was a pleasure to deal with - thanks, Cheryl! Your beach home is FABULOUS!

This was the most relaxing vacation I've had in years. The home is wonderful, the view is beautiful and all of us had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend it!

We were guests in this beautiful home during July of 2007. Everything about our stay was perfect. I wish you could see a picture taken from the front porch swing looking out to the ocean! The owners have added all the perfect details to make this a very relaxing vacation home. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the rocking Adirondack chairs while listening to the surround sound music system on the front porch. We also enjoyed the steam shower in the Master Bathroom. We would definately recommend this home.

This is an amazing house, right on the beach with great views. This house is decorated wonderfully and accomadates everyone great. With the beautiful porches and porch swing you can spend a great relaxing afternoon rest. I would highly reccomend this house.
