Need to get your large party under one roof? Want to be within a flop shot of the 9-hole golf course? Seeking elegance mixed with practicality? StoneDecks fits the bill. You can easily sleep eleven individuals in this outstanding three-level home. It delivers all you would expect - Holiday Island style.

Enter on the main level and find the kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook and living room. The kitchen has counter space perfect for setting up a large buffet. There’s easy access to either the dining room or the breakfast nook. Each seats eight with ease. Stools add more space at the counter. Nearby is a convenient half-bath. Take advantage of the roomy, open living room with its sofa, love seat, rocking chair, television, DVD/VCR player, videos and a fireplace. There’s enough room for one group to watch a movie on the large TV, another to play cards in the dining room and a third to tackle a board game in the breakfast nook. A single bed in the nook gives additional sleep space.

The second floor offers the primary sleeping quarters. One bedroom offers a queen bed, television and natural light through the windows in the vaulted ceiling. Another bedroom comes with a queen bed, television, VCR and golf course view. These two rooms share a bath equipped with a combination shower/tub. Pull open the double doors to the master bedroom and be careful not to hold your breath too long. King bed, rocking chair, another chair, television, VCR, access to a private balcony overlooking the golf course and a gas fireplace await. For something you don’t see every day, walk into the master bath. The fireplace you saw in the bedroom goes through to the bath. In addition, you will find two sinks, a walk-in shower with seat and a whirlpool tub. Fireplace and tub in the same room? Can it get any better? A crib is available if a wee tyke is along.

When you descend to the lower level, you’ll find a queen bed tucked near the entry door. There is also an elegant bedroom with king bed, chair, television, VCR, access to the outdoor deck and a bath with a combination shower/whirlpool tub. This level of the house includes its own kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, a two-burner stove, microwave, seating for four and gorgeous golf and nature views. Spend time in the spacious living room with its large TV, VCR, DVD, sofa, recliner chair, fireplace and access to the deck. Whether you spend your time on the lower, middle or upper level of the house, be sure to save some hours for lounging on the deck. You’ll discover grills, a magnificent wagon wheel picnic table, chairs, more tables and sights galore. It is a vacation unto itself.

As a guest of StoneDecks you will have access to both Holiday Island golf courses (discount green fees available to guests) and have access to the recreation center and marina. Holiday Island is only five miles north of Eureka Springs where you can find fine dining, shopping, entertainment and more. Branson is only 45 minutes away.
