Why the Owner Chose Grand Pointe
Orange Beach Alabama is the beach within our reach being an 11 hour drive from St Louis. Can't resist the beautiful beaches, laid back atmosphere and friendly southern LA (Lower Alabama) people. Living in a large busy city we look forward to chilling at the beach and frequent the famous roadhouse "Florabama" at the Florida/Alabama line just 2 miles away.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the Orange Beach location, across the the street from San Roc Marina and near shopping. This is a great location on the Gulf of Mexico on 8 acres. Beautiful area for weddings. We have celebrated several weddings at Grand Point.

Tom & Nancy Gordon are "Spouses Selling Houses" in St. Louis Missouri. They have been selling St Louis real estate for 32 years. We purchased this Grand Pointe condo new in 2001 and spent a month furnishing it with all the comforts of home. Many of our guests return several times a year as we do choosing 705 Grand Pointe as their second home.
