This ski in/ski out Timber Creek condo was just renovated in July 2009 with new carpet, blinds, flat screen TV and other decrorative elements to make your stay extremely comfortable. The condo features two bedrooms and a loft (which does have a door) and two full baths. It's located in one of Colorado's premiere resorts, Copper Mountain.
This 3rd floor, corner unit is 1,100 square feet and steps away from prime skiing, as well as the outdoor Jacuzzi area and laundry facilities. There are gorgeous mountain views from its location and only has neighbors to one side for added privacy.
The condo is only a brief 5-minute walk away from Center Village, restaurants, bars, chair lifts, etc. Shuttle service is also available to the complex and resort from Resort Express out of Summit County.
This Copper Mountain condo is ideal for groups or families traveling together who are looking for the best deal in an ideal vacation destination. The condo is comfortably ideal for six or less people.
Lockers are located at the bottom of the staircase, so you can store your gear there.

Year Purchased: 2003
Originally from North Carolina, my husband lived in Colorado for six years and was a fly-fishing guide. He always wanted to move back to NC, but also wanted to keep his property in Copper Mountain. We got married and have a child, which makes it hard to travel back to CO as often, so we rent it out for other to enjoy!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We enjoy the close proximity to the ski slopes and lifts, and also being able to walk to restaurants, bars and shops. There is plenty for people of all ages to enjoy from toddlers to adults. It is equally nice to spend the evenings inside by the fire or scoping out the neighboring towns like Vale or Dillon.
