This house is great for family get togethers. The knotty-pine paneling and accents, along with very elegant and plush furnishings, create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The high cathedral ceilings and abundance of windows offer a bright and open living area with great views.
The entry level has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Wolf Stove, hardwood floors, pine cabinets and granite tile counter tops. The kitchen opens into a formal dining room with a large teak table and a slider out to a huge deck with a 10-person hot tub, teak patio furniture, and gas BBQ. The living room has cathedral ceilings, stone fireplace and an oversized down sleeper sofa.
A laundry room and guest 1/2 bath are in the hallway which leads to the only bedroom on this level which has a king size lodge pole pine bed, a slider to the deck and a separate bath with deep tub, double shower heads and two sinks and a walk in closet
The upper level has a loft with a queen futon bed a dresser and television with panoramic mountain views and a glass slider onto a small deck. The large master room has a king sleigh bed, walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a double head steam shower with a bench, and two sinks.
The lower level is an entire house on it's own. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen and twin bunk beds. There is a full kitchen, living room with a deck, laundry room, 1 full bath and a separate entry.
In addition there is a Brand NEW Entertainment room; with Plasma T.V., surround sound, Pool Table, 2 couches and breathtaking Lodge Pole Pine Bar, hockey game and darts, perfect place to relax after a day on the Mountain.
Alpine Meadows' and Squaw Valley's best hiking trails are practically out the front door!
