Great location
The location is perfect -- on a quiet road in a charming community with stocked ponds, hiking trails and a cute covered bridge! The cabin is just the right size for couples traveling together, for a family or as a romantic and extra-spacious getaway for two. When you stay at Mountain Serenity, you can count on a very clean cabin and the little "extras" that make your stay even more enjoyable.
Great views
Floor to ceiling windows in the dining area allow you to experience the beauty even while indoors enjoying the living space. It's a great space for meals or playing cards/games.... you can enjoy the view in three directions! The cabin is well-stocked with almost everything you need -- just bring your groceries.
Lots to do
You're close to everything in the Blue Ridge area. Take a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad or watch a movie at the Swan Drive-In Theater. Your options also include restaurants, shopping, horseback riding, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, and biking. Be sure to get some BBQ at the Pink Pig!
At the cabin you can just relax and hang out. Soak in the hot tub, entertain yourself with a library of books and DVD/VHS movies or play board games, darts or Ping Pong. The choice is yours. Then plan tomorrow�s activities from all there is to experience in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Easy to get to
Mountain Serenity is located just 90 minutes north of Atlanta, highway all the way until you get to the Cherry Log development. Then you take the paved roads up to the top of the mountain (only the very last 1% of your trip is a gravel road) and let the stress melt away. You'll love this cabin!
