This home is professionally decorated, amenity rich and SPACIOUS. You will enjoy a heated ski room with ski and boot racks just off of the garage for convenience and warm/dry gear!!!
There are three levels that layout as follows:
Main Level: Great room with very well appointed kitchen. Dining table to seat up to eight. Bar with stools for four. Beautiful lodge like wood and leather living room with a gas fireplace and Flat screen TV/DVD/CD player. Master bedroom with a Flat screen TV and DVD. The master suite features a full bath with jet tub. One Guest room with a Queen bed. Full bath. Back patio features a hot tub with mountain views, and waterfall landscaping in the summer.
Upstairs: A very comfortable living room with interior designer furniture and beautiful wood tables. A Flat screen TV/DVD. Two exceptionally decorated guest rooms with Queen beds. One full bath. There is a heated dry room for hanging wet clothes and an extra room for quiet time or additional sleeping space if needed.
Downstairs: This is fun central! A large and super comfortable sectional faces a large TV and DVD. This room features a ping pong table. Two bunk rooms that have a bunk beds with the lower bed full-sized. There is one more bunk room with two standard bunks.
All TVs are on DISH network. This house has a two car garage with ski stands for comfort and easy use! For added convenience, the entire house is set up for high speed internet.
Snowbasin, a Sun Valley Resort is a short 20 minute drive away. A plush resort with beautiful lodges and gondolas. In addition, a short ten minute drive will take you to one of the best powder ski experiences to be found at Powder Mountain. A new high speed quad will get you to the powder in style. Wolf Mountain is another option for the beginner skier or rider.
The house is located in the Trapper's Ridge neighborhood in
Wolf Creek Resort.

Why the Owner Chose Snowbasin
We originally chose Wolf Creek because of the easy access to both Powder Mountain and Snowbasin. Both areas are truly special and lack the crowds that are often found at ski resorts. We have never looked back. The skiing has exceeded our expectations. We felt that the location in the Wolf Creek Resort would also offer us all of the ammenities of a resort. We have found that we love the summers there as well. The golf course is beautiful, challenging, well cared for and uncrowded. There is unlimited hiking and biking. We discover new and awesome routes every time we are there. We have also loved being in a friendly, rural environment. After all, we vacation to get away from the busy city. The layed back feel of the Ogden Valley is great.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The home is very well layed out. We have loved having the space to invite our family and friends. Even when there are 4 families we all feel like we have plenty of space and privacy. This has allowed us to have some really fun and memorable trips. We have also gone out of our way to add the small extras that make all of the activities run easily. In the garage, we have a really nice heated gear room. This makes the after skiing unloading very easy. It allows the skis and boots to dry and stay warm, and it makes the next days loading up go easly. We also have a warm room upstairs with tons of hooks to dry clothing and keep track of things easily.
We have made sure to have top quality mattresses and sheets so that everyone gets a good night sleep. suffice it to say that we aimed to include many details that add to an enjoyable stay!

Jeff & I are serious skiers. We love the steep and deep powder snow that Utah is famous for. Our summer activities revolve around the golf course, hiking trails, water sports and mountain bike adventures. Our happiest times are when we are sharing these outdoor activities with friends and family! We have two teenagers. Jordan will be the third generation to attend the University of Washington this fall, and Josh will enter his Sophomore year at Mercer Island High School, near Seattle, Washington. Wolf Creek has been a dream come true for enjoying the outdoors with those that we love in such a pristine, crowd-free place. We hope that you will enjoy our home and this great area as much as we do!
