Stunning two-bedroom, beachfront penthouse sits on talcum-powder sand, has incredible, sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel Island from the living room, kitchen, and private screened balcony, and gated heated gulf front pool, and sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets are directly in front, along with dolphins and snowbirds, parasailors and kites. There is a putting green next to the pool!
Rent bikes or scooters to do a little sightseeing. Trolley stops in front of the building to take you to Time Square, Bowditch Park or anywhere on the island, or just take a leisurely walk on the beach right from your doorstep. Barbecue grill and picnic tables outside for you to enjoy your meals. Restaurants, gift shops nearby, new Publix supermarket 1/4 mile away, and 4-theater Beach Cinema 1 mile away. Free movie rentals are available at the Public Library, which has public tennis courts behind. Home of the Boston Red Sox spring training!
The condominium is fully furnished with hairdryer, starter soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, beach towels, and kitchen supplies. There are Flat Panel televisions in living room and both bedrooms, along with Ceiling fans. Our management company is five minutes away for any emergencies. Maid Service is available for extra $25 charge daily. No smoking and no pets are allowed.
