Property includes a dock on the river and has sweeping nature and river views. Perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. There are two queen bedrooms on the main level and one full bath. Upstairs are three small bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a crib. The small crib bedroom could be converted to sleep a single. There is a half bath on the upstairs level.
This home was built in 1938 as a vacation property and maintains it's original charm. It is used often by it's owners in the summer months and is well-loved and cared for. This is the perfect spot to experience all that Northern California has to offer. In the heart of the wine country, only 10 miles from the ocean and just 1 1/2 hour drive to San Francisco. Just a few miles from the house is Armstrong Woods, a lovely old-growth redwood forest.
