Come to paradise and stay in a beautiful, two bedroom, two bath condo on Playa El Palmar, one of Mexico's finest white sand beaches. The condominium provides breathtaking views from the twelfth floor of one of Ixtapa's newest privately owned condominium, the Bay View Grand. Vacation in the lap of luxury at very reasonable prices. Bay View Grand has a full spa and state-of-the-art fitness center on site.

This complex includes two beautiful infinity pools, childrens' pools, spas, poolside snack bar, palapas on the beach, tennis, and much more. Enjoy Ixtapa's mild temperatures, safe and friendly atmosphere, as well as moderately priced restaurants and entertainment mostly within walking distance.

For golfers, Ixtapa's two golf courses are nearby. The condominium is 1600 square feet with a 200 square foot balcony with jacuzzi spa, and has spectacular beach and ocean views. It is completely furnished with everything to make you feel right at home. Bay View Grand is only 20 minutes from the airport and only a ten minute ride from Zihuatanejo where you can enjoy a large selection of dining, recreation, and shopping, or experience lunch on the beach at La Ropa or Las Gatas.

Cleaning/maid service is provided three times a week and extra maid service can be arranged for a small fee.

If you have not been to Ixtapa and are concerned about getting to the condo from the airport, please give us a call and we will be happy to guide you through the process. It's really very easy. We will also provide information on taxis, buses,excursions and restaurants in Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo. We have a local property manager (Julie/Yuli)available by phone. She is very helpful and speaks both English and Spanish.

  • We had the pleasure of staying in BVG 1203S from Dec 3-10,2009. The condo is beautiful,nicely decorated and very clean. The suite had everything we needed. The view from the balconey is breathtaking with excellent sunset views. The staff at the condo are very helpful and very nice. The poolside restaurant was a nice treat with good food and very afordable, they even serve you poolside and on the beach. The grounds are immaculate and Ixtapa is a great city to spend your vacation. I would highly recommend anyone to rent this condo, the owner is very helpful,and answered all my questions it was a pleasure.

  • We were in condo 1203 South the first week in Nov. What a great place! The view was fabulous. We made sure we were on the balcony everyday at sunset time. The pools were very nice, large and not at all crowded. It was quiet and very relaxing. The condo was very comfortable and the owners great to deal with. Restaurants and a small grocery store within walking distance. Lots of shopping too. We really enjoyed our vacation and hope to return soon!

  • This was our third trip to Ixtapa and by far, the best. Linda's Condo 1203 at the Bayview Grand was absolutely terrific. It was better than expected. The layout of the condo and the grouds is very nice. Linda was very quick to respond to our questions and she made the whole experience very easy. We will definitely go back!

  • We were fortunate to stay at the BVG for our first time this past February. Our previous 3 times in Ixtapa we stayed at hotels and after experiencing the BVG condo will never go back to a hotel! Booking a place on our own for the first time without a travel agent, I was a little apprehensive about what to expect, but Linda was absolutely wonderful to work with! She made the process a breeze and we never worried about a thing. Any questions we had she would respond within a day and had great recommendations for us. The condo has a beautiful view from the 12th floor balcony and we enjoyed relaxing there in the mornings having rolls from The Golden Cookie Shop. In the evening we would watch the gorgeous sunsets before getting ready to go out for dinner. The pool area was so nice and quiet - no chair wars, you could get a place to sit anytime during the day! We can't wait to return!

  • We stayed in this condo in January, 2008. It was amazing - very spacious and open common areas, with great bedroom/bathroom arrangements. The pool and grounds were spectacular, and the view from our balcony awesome. The owners of this unit really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. I don't believe we have ever worked with such honest and accomodating owners. Everything was perfect - we would absolutely recommend it. It was a wonderful experience!

  • We just returned from Bayview Grand. Grand, indeed! Condo 1203 is perfectly clean and spacious. The walk-in closet was wonderful for storing all of our luggage and clothes and shoes, etc. Sleeping in the comfortable king-size bed was a dream. The property is very well managed. Pools are pristine and the exercise equipment is state of art. I guess you can tell that we loved it and had a wonderful time in Ixtapa.

  • We just got back from our stay in Ixtapa and wish we never had to leave. The condo was absolutely wonderful--the pictures do not do it justice. We looked at many of the other resorts in Ixtapa and we found the Bay View Grand to be one of the most beautiful places you could stay. The condo is within walking distance of so many restaurants and shopping. The owners were great to work with. We will definitely go back and recommend to others.

  • This condo and Bay View Grand are an absolute #10! We brought friends to Ixtapa and stayed here from 1/20-1/27. The condo is more than we expected. The bedrooms w/bathrooms are very private. The condo was immaculate as was Bay View Grand. We appreciated the security around the grounds and pool. We will never stay anywhere else. The owners are friendly honest people who make the rental procedure a pleasure. Everything was flawless!
