YOU WILL ENJOY THE EASY ACCESS TO VAIL AND BEAVER CREEK
This is a great location for taking advantage of the incredible activities in the Vail Valley. It is about a two minute walk to a bus stop where you can catch a ride into Vail. We are also within a half mile of the Lower East Beaver Creek parking lot. From there, a free bus takes you directly to Beaver Creek. You simply will not find a better locale in the Vail Valley to take advantage of these great mountains at this price.
OUR HOME IS GREAT FOR HANGING OUT WITH YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS
When you are not on the mountain, you will love the comfort and tranquility of our newly furnished (i.e., almost all new furniture and mattresses) and equipped 2000 square foot home with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths that can sleep up to thirteen (if you cram kids in the 3rd BR). After a long day of skiing, there is nothing better than getting into our private hot tub or watching movies and sporting events on the 32" LCD HDTV with surround sound in the family room.
The family room is an area where it is easy for people to hang out. In addition to the sectional (it has a built-in recliner and a hide-a-bed) and snuggler recliner, this vaulted-ceiling room with a view of Vail Mountain has a large dining room table that comfortably seats eight, a bar with seating for four, a two-top bistro, a gas fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, and access to (i) the half bath with full-size washer and dryer, (ii) a balcony, (iii) the private hot tub, and (iv) a large deck with alpine mountain views.
In the kitchen, you can find everything you need to cook and serve your favorite meals, including, among other things, stainless steel pots and pans, various baking and serving dishes, a built-in toaster oven (in addition to the oven, gas range, and microwave), and enough glassware (including wine glasses) and plates and bowls to serve thirteen.
After dinner, you can watch a movie from our collection, or choose from games to play - we have everything from cards and poker chips, to Monolopy, to Candyland. Or if you feel like curling up with a book next to the fire, we’ve got a selection from which you can choose.
THE BEDROOMS ARE AWESOME
If you want to get away from the group, or if the kids want their own space, the downstairs bedroom not only has two bunkbeds (one of which is a double w/a very comfortable mattress), but also a hide-a-bed sofa and TV where you can watch DVD and VHS movies. The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, king-size bed with a brand new mattress, and attached bathroom with two sinks, a stand-alone shower, and a jetted bath tub. The second bedroom has a queen bedroom suite and attached full bath. The bedrooms have high thread count sheets, down pillows, and comfortable mattresses.
ATTACHED TWO-CAR GARAGE AND RADIANT HEATING
This 1994 duplex, which was designed by a well-known local architect, has an attached, two-car garage with plenty of extra parking outside and a ground-floor entrance where you can store your skis, boards and boots. It also has a radiant, floor heating system (i.e., the floors are warm and the air isn't as dry) and a layout that provides privacy with one bedroom upstairs and two downstairs with the family room in between.
TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ALL THE NEARBY OFF-THE-MOUNTAIN ACTIVITIES
And not only is this a great location for skiing, but also for taking advantage of your time off of the mountain and out of the house. For example, you will be within 100 yards of a neighborhood park that is great for sledding in the winter (the playground, swings, and volleyball court are awesome in the warmer months).
