Featuring a beautifully tiled wraparound porch with distant views and breezes off the Caribbean Shore this 2000 square foot custom-built home offers modern comfort and lovely amenities with beautiful Atlantic pink sand beach just a 5 minute walk across the road. The kitchen is large, airy, well-equipped and open to the expansive main living area which features high beamed ceilings, bright tropical colors, sun-bleached built-in cabinets and multiple french doors leading to the covered deck outside. The master bedroom is quite spacious and features a comfortable queen bed and private en-suite bath with shower. The second bedroom is privately set at the back of the house with full size bed and second full bath next door. The third bedroom is located off the living area and doubles as a den for smaller groups. It features a full size sofa bed, vcr/dvd player and a fun collection of movies to choose from. If you like to fish, the Caribbean boat landing just down the road from the house is a great place to cast or just enjoy the sunset, while the Atlantic beach offers sunrise, swimming, snorkeling, soft pink sand and even a community pool on the way. The yard outside Coconut House is lovingly landscaped with everything from native palms and hibiscus to avocado and lime trees for garnishing lunch or a drink on the porch!
