Wake up in your Alpine bed to one of the most beautiful mountain views your heart will always remember. Looking out the bedroom and living room windows, you will see snow-capped mountain peaks in the winter, and painted ponies grazing on grasses and wild flowers in the summer. As skiers and hikers, we fell in love with the Canyons area in Park City and thus purchased a unit with the best mountain-resort view the Red Pines has to offer. Although other GOLD-rated units exist at Red Pine, ours is the only 1-bedroom Red Pine condo ever to receive a GOLD rating by ResortQuest, our former management company. Our low rates make this lovely 1-bedroom unit a terrific value...we are confident you will agree.
Newly remodeled and upgraded, our unit features custom furniture, lighting, full-size appliances, rugs, bedroom linens and window treatments. You will enjoy the original artwork, comfy leather sleeper-sofa (Deluxe Sealy Mattress) and futon love-seat with ottoman. Shimmering new maple kitchen cabinets sit atop a great looking tile floor. The kitchen table can expand to seat 6 people. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare that gourmet meal, including a rack with over 16 spices!
Our chalet is very close to the Clubhouse and located a short 1-minute walk to the tennis courts, two pools (1 heated year round), large hot-tub, and laundry facilities. You can walk to the Canyons' Cabriolet (known as the "People Mover") or take one of the FREE and frequent shuttles to the Canyons' lifts (we're at the base), Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort or Historic Main Street.

We love to come up to Park City every Labor Day for one last summer getaway. This condo is the best place that we have stayed. The condo was clean and comfortable. We were able to walk up to The Canyons for the free summer concert on Saturday night. There is so much to do here. We went hiking, swimming, shopping, farmer's market, street fair, alpine slide, a movie, great food, etc. Terry was prompt in getting back to me with our request to stay here. Terry even called the condo once we were here to make sure everything was ok. We would like to make this condo our new Labor Day tradition. We would recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I stayed in Terry's condo in July 2011. The Park City area is wonderful in the summer too! The back patio has a nice grill with beautiful views of the mountains. It was quiet, the kitchen well equipped and the bed was comfy too. Terry was great to work with in arranging the details of our stay. Be sure and visit the Olympic Park while here and watch the young kids practicing acrobatic ski tricks and landing in the water! We also enjoyed historic downtown with lots of good places to eat and a museum worth visiting to get the history of the area if you are into that sort of thing. Also, there is a gondola ride at the Canyons with a nice resturant at the top. We would definately stay here again!

My son and I spent a week at Terry's place and found it all as described, if not better. We were very comfortable. The condo is well equipped with everything you need to be your home away from home. The club house has both indoor and outdoor hot tub and an outdoor pool which was always luxuriously warm for loosening up those tired muscles. This is a great base for skiing in the Park City area. Highly recommended.

This chalet is exactly like the photos, even better. You will not be disappointed. The location is great, right near the Canyons with gondolas, restaurants. Plenty of shopping, Outlets, Wall Mart just a few minutes away. 7-11 right down the street. The unit is great and everything works. The owners keep it up to date and very clean. I have never felt so at home in a strange place. I will definitely be back. Best vacation I have had in years. I felt like I was in Switzerland.

When they say $100 million, gorgeous view it is no exaggeration. This place has the best view in the Red Pine complex and Red Pine is one of the nicest spots in the Park City area. The condo is the cleanest, best outfitted condo we've ever found anywhere thru VRBO. Park City offers a lot of enjoyable amenities in the summer motnhs and this condo enhances them all, including a great private patio, and community rec center with tennis courts, pools and hot tubs. Terry, the owner, was as helpful and prompt as possible in answering questions and making our stay a success. You won't find a better choice in the area.

We absolutely adored the place. There was enough room for 2 adults and two teens . The place was very clean , super comfortable and close to everything we needed. We got to meet the Terry and Karen , we felt that we knew them for years. Discount tickets helped a lot , very positive experience

Highly recommended - excellent and very clean condo with a great location to The Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts. Owner Terry responded quickly to all of our inquiries and offered excellent local advice. We enjoyed coming back to the condo for lunch and relaxing at night in the great indoor and outdoor hot tubs located at the very nice club house. My husband and I just returned from our trip to Park City and we really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is everything that Terry & Karen talked about. Very very clean and comfy and they didn't forget anything that you could possibly need for your comforts! We loved our stay and the view from the living room and the patio is amazing!!! I just wanted to say that we really enjoyed our stay in this lovely, cozy condo. Terry and Karen's hospitality was evident in the details, from the decor & neatness to the welcome note. We had a very comfortable stay in this condo and would definitely recommend it. It was nice being so close to The Canyons as well.
