Only 2 blocks away from the beach for relaxing fun in the sun or enjoying a sun-set.

Bike or walk to explore Vermilion's Inland Seas Maritime Museum founded in 1947 and located adjacent to the beach.."Just around the Corner!" It holds such artifacts as Great Lake Lighthouse lenses and Smithsonian artifacts from the Edmund Fitzgerald. We are but just a "hop,skip and a jump" from downtowns bustling thursday night music featuring bands and "one man shows" scattered all around town, ice-cream shops, MORE FOOD, putt-putt and movies in the park.
With it's perfect location, you can touch base at the cottage before you head back out to kayak, canoe, or bike ride. The area metro-parks provide great trails and wild-life. Enjoy a family picnic, swimming at the beach or head out to Cedar point just 20 miles west. Maybe you want to venture out and catch a ferry to the islands, we have the perfect accomodations for all the R&R you need!
