Fully equipped and remodeled kitchen - Kihei Condo Rental This Kamaole Sands Condo has been beautifully remodeled and decorated. Conveniently located on the first floor in building 4, just far enough from the pool to be secluded from the noise, but close enough for easy access. This one bedroom, two bath unit easily sleeps 4 people. The master bedroom features a luxurious king size bed, where most units only have queens, and the living room has a sleeper-couch with an extra comfortable mattress. The master bath has a handicapped height toilet. This unit also features a brand-new bathtub, where most of the units are removing the tubs upon remodel. The kitchen is fully equipped, and features granite countertops and a convenient breakfast bar to sit at. The furnished lanai opens into a fenced in green yard with community barbeque grills, perfect for kids to enjoy the outdoors, but still be safely close by. The unit also has a washer and dryer. The Kamaole Sands complex is a lush, 15-acre property that truly represents the beauty of Hawaii. The tropical gardens are alive with Hawaiian birds and fountains. Walk to shops and restaurants. Close to boat dock for scuba and snorkeling, and the beach is an easy walk across the street.

5-night minimum stay unless less days are available.
11.42% Hawaii State Tax and $65 Cleaning Fee are required.
Complex charges $15 parking per stay.
2-nights rent or 25% deposit due within 10 days to hold reservation,
balance due 45 days prior to arrival. $100 charge for cancellations prior to
45-days to arrival. 1-night charge for all cancellations less than 45-days,
and then refund will be based on re-rental of unit, less the 1-night charge.
