This Kamaole Sands Condo has been beautifully remodeled and decorated. Conveniently located on the first floor in building 4, just far enough from the pool to be secluded from the noise, but close enough for easy access.

This one bedroom, two bath unit easily sleeps 4 people. The master bedroom features a luxurious king size bed, where most units only have queens, and the living room has a sleeper-couch with an extra comfortable mattress. The master bath has a handicapped height toilet. This unit also features a brand-new bathtub, where most of the units are removing the tubs upon remodel.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and features granite countertops and a convenient breakfast bar to sit at. The furnished lanai opens into a fenced in green yard with community barbeque grills, perfect for kids to enjoy the outdoors, but still be safely close by. The unit also has a washer and dryer.


The Kamaole Sands complex is a lush, 15-acre property that truly represents the beauty of Hawaii. The tropical gardens are alive with Hawaiian birds and fountains. Walk to shops and restaurants. Close to boat dock for scuba and snorkeling, and the beach is an easy walk across the street.

  • We had the good fortune of staying at this BEAUTIFUL condo while on Maui for our New Years wedding - my husband and I both truly enjoyed the accomodations, it was well-equipped, cozy and within walking distance to the beach. We hope to visit Maui again, next time with our children, some day soon. I hope this condo is available when we make our plans!

  • Very new, very clean, very nice. Two bathrooms,two TV's,king sized bed and a quality queen sized hide-a-bed in the living room. Who could ask for more? Tile floors and granite countertops plus new appliances were great extras! Service more than adequate. All in all a pleasure. We'll definately be back!

  • Our wedding group rented six Kamaole condos, and this unit was the envy of everyone else. The king sized bed was the closer for me as I'm 6'5". The re-modeled kitchen closed the deal for my wife. Having the closed in rear yard was great so that our visiting grandsons had a place to expend their energy. We will definitely stay there again. Mahalo, Bruce and Linda

  • We've stayed in Maui 3 times. This is by far the nicest condo we've stayed in ! It's newly redecorated and very comfortable with granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, a large flat screen TV, and a king sized bed. It's located close to the beaches, snorkeling, SCUBA diving, golf, restaurants, and shopping. The condo is in a nice quiet building, yet it's still close to the pool and spas. This condo is nicer then other condos we've rented for more money. We can't wait to go back again. This condo made our vacation experience very pleasant and enjoyable. We would highly recommend it. I don't normally take the time to comment on travel websites but this condo is the exception so I had to pass on our opinion.
