Nestled in tall pine trees, our three bedroom townhome is in the perfect location for a serene, restful vacation, yet close to the variety of summer activities found around Lake Tahoe. Our location offers easy access to Incline’s beautiful beaches, the casinos in Incline and Crystal Bay, golf at anyone of three championship courses, world class mountain biking, hiking on the Tahoe Rim Trail, and much, much more!
Our 1400 sq. ft. town home was remodeled in 2005 with new floors, new windows, new paint, new kitchen counter top and all new appliances. The majority of furnishings are also new. The upstairs great room combines the living room, with a large, gas-burning stone fireplace, and dining room with table that seats eight. A full bath is adjacent to the living room. The spacious kitchen is updated with all new appliances and granite tile counter tops. Step out on to our front deck for views of the surounding mountain ridge, studded wih beautiful rock formations. Two downstairs bedrooms offer queen and king beds and full bathroom/laundry. The Master bedroom offers its own small deck with great mountain views. A third bedroom is set up for children with a wood bunk bed and couch that converts into a sleeper. The unit has two TVs, CD player, two DVD Players, and “Gamecube” electronic gaming systems. We have a nice selection of current and tasteful DVD movies for adults and children.

Enjoy tennis, weight training, swimming, sauna, or a massage at Incline’s new recreation center. Mountain bike on one of a variety of nearby trails, including the world class “Flume Trail” or the Tahoe Meadows to Spooner Summit Trail, rated a “2005 Epic Trail” by the International Mountain Biking Association.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Tyrolean Village
Incline Village is a wonderful vacation community. It is located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, generally quieter and more relaxed then the south and western shores. There are endless opportunities to have fun year-round, including skiing, swimming in the lake, hiking, mountain biking, golf, and much more. Our townhouse is located within walking distance to Diamond Peak Ski Resort, which offers great skiing without the crowds and high cost of the larger resorts. During the summer, our property has easy access to hiking and mountain biking in the Mt Rose Wilderness Area.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
By far, the greatest benefit we enjoy is the peace and quiet we experience when we visit, especially during the summer months. Because our property is located a short distance up in the mountains, away from the lake, we escape the noise and crowds that are found in the lakeshore areas. Although we are a 5 minute driving distance from the lake, it feels much farther away. We enjoy being away from the crowds, and guests who have stayed in our vacation home during the summer months have told us the same thing!
Trailhead access to the Tyrolian Descent Trail which connects Tyrolian Village/Diamond Peak with Tahoe Meadows and the Tahoe Rim Trail. This trail is popular with hikers and mountain bikers.

After having rented Lake Tahoe vacation properties for many years, my wife and I decided to purchase our own. Lake Tahoe has always been an ideal vacation destination for our family because of its beauty, variety of outdoor activities, and proximity to the San Francisco Bay Area, where we live. Every trip we make to our Lake Tahoe home feels like a vacation, whether it be a short weekend trip or longer stay. We feel very fortunate. We also enjoy making our property available to guests through the VRBO.com service. We enjoy sharing our Tahoe knowledge and experience with guests, especially those visiting for the very first time.
