This roomy, Parkside, 2 bedroom villa is decorated for comfort and relaxation. This second floor villa, with vaulted ceilings, is bathed with sunlight all day, giving it a light and airy feeling. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a brand new, queen-sized sofa bed with a Sealy mattress.

The same bike bath leads you to Town Center, The Sanctuary and East Beach Conference Center. All are within an easy walk or a five-minute bike ride.
The Market Town Center offers a quick stop for supplies, a deli and coffee shop. Located in the West Beach area, the Straw Market includes a restaurant, ice cream shop, and convenient island stores. Just outside the Kiawah entry, Freshfields Village, and Bohicket Marina and Yacht Club offer an assortment of boutiques, a full grocery store, restaurants, and convenience services. Historic Charleston is located 20 miles away and offers an abundance of sites, activities and restaurants.
