Private 3-story home situated at the base of Humphrey's Ledge. This secluded vacation home offers beautiful views of the ledge and the relaxing sound of a babbling brook.

This mountain retreat is also located 3 miles from the beautiful North Conway, which has everything to offer. Also located within 15 minutes to 3 downhill ski areas and walking distance to swimming in the Saco river. Attitash Mountain Resort is 1.5 miles which offers sking, alpine slides, waterslides, horseback riding and more! Planning to visit Story Land with the family it's only 5 min away. Enjoy the beauty of the water falls at Diana's Bath 0.5 miles, it's a great place for the entire family to cool off on a hot day.
