Very well located apartement with beautiful view over Monte Carlo over the beach club, the mediterranean, with it's very pleasant terrace well equipped with a large dining table and chairs and an outside living room ideal all year round as the sun is out there all day.
The apartement is on the second floor of a building of three floors, very quiet neighbours. There is an entrance a well equipped kitchen with kitchen table and all ustensils, a bathroom with bath a bed room with a queen size bed and a nice living room opening on the terrace and a separate wc.

Only 500 meters from the Monaco boarder and from the supermarket the boulangerie, tobacco and news letter shop, parking is on the road in front of the apartement

It is 45minutes from Nice international airport, there is a direct bus from the airport to the flat nearest bus stop 50 meeters.
The Italian boarder is only 20 minutes away where there is the local market on fridays in Ventimiglia.
