"THYME AFTER THYME" DESCRIPTION:
Seaside at your doorstep! Only a block from Seaside and perfect for large or multiple families, "Thyme after Thyme" is a new 4 story luxury beach home with 7+ bedrooms and 5 full baths. It is literally steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world (beach entrance is just 25 feet from the property!) and only a very short stroll to all the unique shops, restaurants, free concerts, movies, and cultural events of enchanting Seaside, Florida. This meticulously maintained Mediterranean style home has a beautiful and very private tropical courtyard with heated pool and large stone fireplace, upscale furnishings, and 7 well separated bedrooms plus sleeping loft located on all 4 floors. Thyme after Thyme sleeps up to 16-18 in privacy and a maximum of 22, although it is also conducive to smaller groups desiring more space as well. The interior is spacious and bright, with high ceilings and an open floorplan. Walls of floor to ceiling windows frame panoramic ocean views from a 37' X 25' great room that will comfortably accommodate everyone in your party. Over 1600 square feet of Italian tiled terraces provide stunning gulf views as well. There are 3 separate living areas and 2 complete custom kitchens, as well as a long list of amenities. ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS:
The beautiful, safe, and very family-friendly New Urbanist town of Seaside is just a short stroll away (only 250 feet). There you'll find numerous unique restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and a wonderful bookstore and record shop. Throughout the year there are free outdoor concerts, movies, and many special events. There is a 30 mile long oceanside biking and walking path coursing directly in front of the house. Walk to the Seaside Swim and Tennis Center, which is available to our guests (fee), or take a short drive to the Santa Rosa Golf Club. Kids (and adults!) love the ground floor game area with table tennis. Relax in your private heated pool or gather in the evening around the romantic stone fireplace in the courtyard. Of course, most importantly, the gorgeous beach and azure gulf are only steps away!
BEDROOM LOCATIONS: (All King and Queen bedrooms have ensuite full bathrooms, Samsung LCD TVs, ceiling fans, phones, and large closets. Three of the five full bathrooms are also separately accessible via hallways, if needed.)

We googled Seaside and came up with Thyme after Thyme. It was perfect for our entire family - the Strawns, the Davenports, and the Anschuetzs all from Dallas. We have gone to South Padre Island for the past 25 years and decided to try Seaside. Wow! We feel like we have been in the dark! Should have come a long time ago. What a celebration we had at Thyme after Thyme with the marriage of our beautiful daughter Kelsey. Filled the house with flowers, great food, candles, cake, and a lifetime of memories. Wedding on the beach Saturday, Dec 1--weather was sunny and 70 degrees. Over 30 of us partied at the pool with a DJ. Accommodations were fabulous--this destination is a slice of heaven--white sand, teal water. We will ALWAYS remember this special week. Thank you for making your home available to us.
