This Mediterranean style home has a beautiful heated pool in a private tropical courtyard, upscale furnishings, 7+ well separated bedrooms plus loft on all 4 floors, and sleeps 16-18 in privacy and a maximum of 22. The interior is spacious and bright, with high ceilings and an open floorplan. Walls of floor to ceiling windows frame panoramic gulf views from a 37' X 25' great room that will comfortably accommodate everyone in your party. Over 1500 square feet of Italian tiled terraces provide stunning gulf views as well. There are 3 separate living areas and 2 complete custom kitchens, as well as a long list of amenities. ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS:

There you'll find numerous, one-of-a-kind restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and a wonderful bookstore and record shop. Throughout the year there are free outdoor concerts, movies, and live performing arts. There is a 30 mile long oceanside biking and walking path coursing directly in front of the house. Walk to the Seaside Swim and Tennis Center, which is available to our guests (fee), or take a short drive to the Santa Rosa Golf Club. Kids (and adults!) love the game area with table tennis on the ground floor. Relax in your private heated pool or gather in the evening around the magnificent stone fireplace in the courtyard. Of course, most importantly, the gorgeous beach and gulf are only steps away!

We googled Seaside and came up with Thyme after Thyme. It was perfect for our entire family - the Strawns, the Davenports, and the Anschuetzs all from Dallas. We have gone to South Padre Island for the past 25 years and decided to try Seaside. Wow! We feel like we have been in the dark! Should have come a long time ago. What a celebration we had at Thyme after Thyme with the marriage of our beautiful daughter Kelsey. Filled the house with flowers, great food, candles, cake, and a lifetime of memories. Wedding on the beach Saturday, Dec 1--weather was sunny and 70 degrees. Over 30 of us partied at the pool with a DJ. Accommodations were fabulous--this destination is a slice of heaven--white sand, teal water. We will ALWAYS remember this special week. Thank you for making your home available to us.
