This great Perdido Beach Condo has been completely rebuilt and refurnished! It is better than it was before Ivan! It is a ground floor unit and parking is just steps away, as is the ocean and large pool.
Located on a very uncrowded part of Perdido Key. In the center of the spacious courtyard you will enjoy swimming and sunbathing at the large pool. The immaculate pool is cleaned every morning. Even when it is very windy on the beach the pool area has just a gentle breeze.
It doesn't get any better. Enjoy the expansive pure white sandy beach, warm Gulf of Mexico, gentle breeze and a pool side, well appointed beachfront 2 bedroom condominium.
Brand new kitchen, island and countertop tile. Kitchen island seats 4 easily and dining table in dining area another 6.
Dining area, living room, kitchen, hall and guest bath have Travertine tile floors. The living room has an ocean view, a sleeper sofa, comfortable couch, chairs, full wall mirror (adds a spacious feeling), patio and a TV with cable, DVD and VCR player. The ocean front patio invites outdoor grilling and dining.
Guest bedroom includes bunks, a double and a TV with cable, DVD and VCR Player. Master bedroom has a pool view, queen sized bed, it's own bathroom with shower and a TV with cable, DVD a VCR player.
The Condo's Grounds: Spacious lawn and gardens with flowering plants and palms make for a relaxing vacation. Surf fishing is popular. Whiting, Flounder, Blue Fish or Mackerel, just to name a few of what might be the catch of the day.
The dock and ramp on the north side of the property can accommodate a wide variety of watercraft and fishing off the dock is always rewarding.
The 2 Tennis Courts are well painted and well maintained.

We are so glad to be back at the Mariner. This is our first time in #104 although we have had relatives stay here before. It is a great unit. Easy access to the beach and pool. I love the way it is decorated. Most of all I love it because it is kid friendly. Thanks!
