Since Hurricane Ivan this condo has been completely rebuilt and refurnished! It is better than it was before Ivan! It is a ground floor unit and parking is just steps away, as is the ocean and large pool.
Located on a very uncrowded part of Perdido Key. In the center of the spacious courtyard you will enjoy swimming and sunbathing at the large pool. The immaculate pool is cleaned every morning. Even when it is very windy on the beach the pool area has just a gentle breeze.

The dock and ramp on the north side of the property can accommodate a wide variety of watercraft and fishing off the dock is always rewarding.

Why the Owner Chose Mariner
The huge white quartz sand beach on Perdido Key is unsurpassed! This uncrowded condominium has just 66 units compared to other condominiums that would have many hundreds of units on the same size property. Swimming in the surf is one of our favorite activities along with fishing from the beach. We enjoy the beautiful pool when it is windy or cool on the water.

Unique to Perdido Key the Mariner has this most spacious courtyard and pool on the Key. We enjoy being on the ground and walking right out the sliding glass doors to the beach or the pool.

This is a great condo in a pristine location! The beach is crystalline and white, super clean, with tons of bird and marine life to enjoy. We were especially thrilled with all the dolphin sightings! We loved our long daily walks on the beach and followed up by a nice swim in the waves. The best. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this condo and location to anyone -- we hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

This is the second time we have rented this Unit and it was just like coming home. The Unit was clean and immaculate and we even found a couple of things we had left during our previous stay. Following is a entry made by a guest family in the guest book May 2006: 104 is nice. Very nice. I love the comfortable beds. We have a great view of the ocean. The weather was nice. The beach is very good for crabing at night. The sea shells are beautiful. The pool water feels perfect. The condos have nice rooms. The roll out bed is comfortable. V.B. Age 8 What a beautiful week we have had. This is our first trip to Florida - and to the Mariner - since Ivan. The Mariner looks great. Valerie and Lawrence have done a super job getting things ready. This our 4th stay at the Mariner since our 3 children were born and we look forward to many more family vacations to the beach. Number 104 already holds some great memories. We are so glad to be back at the Mariner. This is our first time in #104 although we have had relatives stay here before. It is a great unit. Easy access to the beach and pool. I love the way it is decorated. Most of all I love it because it is kid friendly. Thanks!
