The Sea Nymph, only steps to the beach, features a spacious master suite with a view of the ocean, romantic gas-log fireplace, bath with tub and separate shower, vanity w/double sink plus a walk-in closet. The comfortable living room features a vaulted ceiling, several sets of French doors to the deck, a 46" HDTV and a second gas-log fireplace. With dimmed lights, soft music playing, or viewing the TV, you'll enjoy using the well-appointed kitchen and eating in the lovely dining area at the end of the living room. The second bedroom has two single beds and a large window looking out at beautiful bouganvilla. The home also features a two-car attached garage w/opener, washer & dryer, a bicycle and to help you stay in touch...hi-speed internet and wireless. There's also a computer printer.
At the Sea Nymph, your day can begin rising to the sight and sound of the ocean. When the coffee is ready, you can sit on the deck and immerse yourself in the refreshing air or stroll on the beach and watch the surfers. At noon, you can walk up town, enjoy lunch at a favorite little restaurant, take in some of the galleries and in the evening dine at one of our fabulous restaurants.
Carmel, the city that Clint Eastwood made famous, offers so much, from Monterey's Aquarium, incredible drives south along Highway 1 and ocean vistas, to some of the best golf courses in the world. Why the Owner Chose Carmel By the Sea
The purchase of the Sea Nymph in 1988 was primarily made as an investment with the opportunity to also enjoy everything that Carmel, the ocean and beach offer when we could. As it has always been a vacation rental, we have strived to keep it on the cutting-edge of what people want in a coastal vacation experience. One thing we are very proud of is that Payne Stewart chose to stay at the Sea Nymph during the AT&T Pro-Am the year he was the US Open Champion.
The Unique Benefits at this Beach House
Its proximity to the ocean...falling asleep or waking up to the sound of the waves. Its 2 fireplaces and the open floor plan. Plenty of windows and light. The fabulous deck with ocean view and reclining chairs to hang-out in, outdoor dining with table & chairs, 5-burner gas grill, and privacy the fence provides. The 2-car garage with washer & dryer is definitely a plus in Carmel. The Sea Nymph is the perfect beach house that brings sand and sea together with all of the amenities Carmel has to offer.
This is one of the security gates to access 17-Mile Drive and Pebble Beach. There is a gate fee to access. Currently $9.25/car as of 5/09.

Annette & Doug live in Carmel. Having moved to Carmel full-time from Fresno, CA in 1999, it was the fulfillment of a life dream! Having owned the Sea Nymph since 1988, we enjoyed being able to come over at times when it wasn't rented. These days, we have the opportunity to take care of the Sea Nymph first hand and be sure it is the kind of vacation home that our renters can look forward to having a fabulous and memorable experience, and can't wait to return. The majority of our renters are repeat.
