This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood on the north end of Tybee, adjacent to the historic Fort Scriven area and the Tybee lighthouse. Private beach walkovers are less than a two minute walk from your front door - who could ask for more!
The main floor contains the living, dining and kitchen areas in an open floor plan, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Enjoy the large living area complete with 32" television with Comcast enhanced cable/interactive on-screen guide, DVD/VCR player, sleeper sofa, love seat and stereo/CD player. The adjoining dining area has a large table that comfortably seats eight. The kitchen is fully appointed with all the amenities you'd expect, including a microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender and coffeemaker. The half bath is conveniently located on this floor with complete laundry room offering full size washer and dryer.
The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, television with Comcast enhanced cable/interactive on-screen guide, DVD/VCR player and a walk-in closet. The master bath features a full shower and double vanities, plus separate Jacuzzi that provides gorgeous water views while bathing. Double French doors open from the bedroom onto the private balcony, with wonderful views.
Each of the two guest bedrooms is fully furnished and features a queen bed; the larger guest bedroom also has a television. The full guest bath with tub/shower combination is immediately across the hall from both guest bedrooms.

Me and five of my friends spent our annual "Ya Ya Sisterhood Weekend" this year on lovely Tybee Island. We, as usual, had a great time. Your home was very warm and inviting. It is very lovely - and the beds - well there are no words, they were wonderful. We had a great time. Remember - "Life's a Beach"

We enjoyed our time at Tybee Island and enjoyed the house. The staff were very accommodating if we called and needed something which we did, they were 'Johnny on the spot' especially Charlie. Couple of things - it would have been nice to have some chairs on the sun deck besides the ones by the hot tub and chairs in the bedrooms. All in all we had a good time. And we will return!

The Grogan's, 2 adults, 2 kids plus their parents and brother, 3 adults and 2 kids. We had a lovely time in this beautiful home. Walks to the beach, sunrise strolls, hot tub nights, everything was amazing. I wish we could stay forever. The ocean stole my sandal so if you see it, think of me. Gorgeous neighborhood.

Had a blast even in the rain. Great place to call home for a week. Management was great. Got a problem resolved ASAP when we needed, can't ask for more than that. From all of us, the same to those who follow. P.S. Left the boogie boards and buckets for others to enjoy.

All of us did enjoy our stay in your lovely home. We range in age from 1 year to 83 years of age. Going back to our real homes we'll take fond memories of this place we called home while being here. We're a family, me, my husband, my mama, our 2 children and families. One thing we did like was when we all gathered around the big wood table eating good home cooked food, corn bread, butter beans, roast and all that goes with it. And Vidalia onions too, that is where we're from. May God Bless one and all. P.S. We did like the walks on the beach we took!

Dearest hosts - What a fabulous place to hide away from all the worries of the world! My family and I have spent the weekend in relaxation and closeness, making new memories and sharing old traditions. Our first Thanksgiving without my grandpa would have been very difficult to bear as it is, but we decided to get away and celebrate the holiday with a new tradition. After eating a feast at Lady and Sons (yum!) we couldn't have had a better place to come home to and rest off the feeling of fullness! Thank you for providing the perfect setting for the perfect vacation. I hope to gather together again within these walls with the ones I love the most!

I wanted so much to spend time with my brother David and his wife Sharon and my nephew James. He is 8 months old and sooo cute. Your home was perfect for the occasion. It was our first time on Tybee Island. We loved the town of Savannah. The time we spent here was so precious. My nephew was so cute when he touched the ocean for the first time.
