This inviting 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home comes complete with hot tub on covered, screened porch off the living area. The screened porch, which also has a table with seating for eight, opens onto a wrap around deck providing unobstructed views across the dunes to the ocean. This home sleeps eight comfortably with local phone service, FREE HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET (Wireless B/G), three televisions with Comcast cable, linens, towels, charcoal grill and parking for three.

This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood on the north end of Tybee, adjacent to the historic Fort Screven area and the Tybee lighthouse. Private beach walkovers are less than a two minute walk from your front door - who could ask for more!

The main floor contains the living, dining and kitchen areas in an open floor plan, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Enjoy the large living area complete with 32" television with Comcast enhanced cable/interactive on-screen guide, DVD/VCR player, sleeper sofa, love seat and stereo/CD player. The adjoining dining area has a large table that comfortably seats eight. The kitchen is fully appointed with all the amenities you'd expect, including a microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender and coffeemaker. The half bath is conveniently located on this floor with complete laundry room offering full size washer and dryer.

The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, television with Comcast enhanced cable/interactive on-screen guide, DVD/VCR player and a walk-in closet. The master bath features a full shower and double vanities, plus separate Jacuzzi that provides gorgeous water views while bathing. Double French doors open from the bedroom onto the private balcony, with wonderful views.

Each of the two guest bedrooms is fully furnished and features a queen bed; the larger guest bedroom also has a television. The full guest bath with tub/shower combination is immediately across the hall from both guest bedrooms.

This home sleeps eight comfortably with local phone service, FREE HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET (Wireless G/N), three televisions with Comcast cable, linens, towels, charcoal grill and parking for three. Absolutely NO pets and NO smoking allowed. Must be age 25 or older to reserve this home.

This was an experience of a life time. I have enjoyed my three day stay here at Sea Breeze. And the blessing in the whole entire weekend was that me especially got to experience the beach for the first time in my forty-something years on the earth. Me and my friends loved it here and prayfully will be back for another relaxing vacation here on Tybee Island.

Two families and various friends came for the week. Overall a terrific week. Thoughts: The dining room table is beautiful, could use some place mats to protect it. The garden by the front door is very nice. Well equipped kitchen, especially grilling tools. Great beds, linens, towels, TV in each room a nice touch. Furniture good downstairs, a little sparse in master, could use a few full length mirrors for the ladies. A small pool in back like neighbors would be great. Porches very nice, lighting good throughout house, some plastic furniture on outside deck would be great as there is a good breeze and view of beach out there. To newcomers - take the Dolphin tour, tour the Strand, eat at McElvees and Sugar Shack, walk the beach at all tides, both ways, morning and night. Great week thanks to owners and best to future guests.

We had a wonderful time. Drove two days to get here but it was worth it. Spent two days in Savannah, the Oglethorpe trolley is a great time and you see a ton of historic Savannah. Spent the rest of our week on the island. The beach is great. The water is warm and the sand great for building. The hot tub is very relaxing after a day on your feet so soak it up! The kitchen was so nice because it meant we did not have to eat every meal out.

We had a great time at Tybee! We went to the beach every day and enjoyed every minute of it. The house was very nice. My two kids and husband all felt very at home here. We came here for a family vacation. It was just what my family needed. We hope to come back next summer but for much longer. We love it here!

Uncle Bubba's for dinner last night - recommended for local flavor. Hot hot hot today - but the water was the refuge - absolutely fabulous. Kitchen is fairly well appointed - nice pans and cutlery. Suggest hot pads for supplies, as this is something we wouldn't ordinarily think to pack. Tim's Beach Gear delivered beach wagon, three great chaises and an umbrella - terrific service and weekly rates. Day 3 - dolphins, lots of them! Not more than 50 feet offshore. Last Day-we enjoyed every moment we could on the wonderful beach today. The house was great for us - we really LOVE the beds. Even the insomniac slept well here. We will definitely be back.

Thank you for the wonderful accommodations. We love your home and enjoyed our time here very much. We had 6 people here ranging from 12 yrs to 60 yrs and we all had a great time. We plan to return to Tybee Island in the future!

Comfortable for 6. Beds were amazing for resting after great sunsets and sun bathing on the beach. Savannah being so close made for excellent eating for us as well as shopping. Today the Sugar Shack and Crab Shack for great dessert and sea food. Hot tub was perfect. Thank you for providing for all we needed for our much anticipated trip to Tybee. We are so blessed.
