Welcome to "Beach Breeze" in beautiful Gulf Shores. You will enjoy a beautiful 4BR/3BA Gulf view/Lagoon view home with a brand new private swimming pool! The only one of its kind in the area!
Beach Breeze is convenient to all Gulf Shores has to offer. Located just 5 miles west of downtown, all restaurants, shopping centers, golf courses, and entertainment venues are within minutes of your doorstep.
You will have unrestricted access to Little Lagoon, which borders the neighborhood's north side. You will enjoy 3 docks on the lagoon, and 1 boat ramp for small boats and jet skis. Once in the lagoon, the entrance to the open Gulf of Mexico is only 1 block away!
Then, of course, there is our world-class beach, and a small, brand new swimming pool (7x14). Enjoy miles and miles of beautiful white sand and then relax by the pool after a wonderful day on the beach!! This is the ultimate vacation!!
My goal is simple...to underpromise and overdeliver on all of my beach rental properties. I want to provide you with the best possible value in Gulf Shores. If you don't mind a short walk across the street to the beach, you will take advantage of tremendous savings (compared to your neighbors 25 yards to the south). For the cost of a 20 second walk, I can literally save you thousands of dollars.

The layout of the house is as follows: Parking underneath the home is suitable for up to 6 cars. The first level includes a full kitchen with all utensils provided, a living room with a sleeper sofa, 2 King bedrooms and 2 baths. Upstairs features 2 more bedrooms. One room has a Queen and the other features two Twins and a Queen sleeper sofa. There is also a full bath upstairs. The 2 bedrooms facing the Gulf of Mexico have nice balconies with beautiful views of the beach and the water. Amenities include cable, high speed internet access, televisions in all bedrooms, and a charcoal grill for cookouts. You can view additional pictures on my website RelaxontheBeach.
Beach Breeze is located at 105 Gulf Ct., Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $45 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $75 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap. For your convenience, I can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended!!!). Please let me know of your interest level in this worthwhile product. I chose to buy a vacation rental house in Gulf Shores for a variety of reasons....the people are absolutely fantastic! Southern hospitality doesn't even begin to tell the entire story. From the waitresses with constant smiles on their faces, to the deep sea fishing boat captains with endless stories to tell, coastal Alabama can't be beat!
The beaches are the best in the world. Period. The finest white sand and the bluest turquoise waters await each and every guest. Need I say more?
World class golf is available in spades. Try your luck at Kiva Dunes, a perennial top 10 in the state of Alabama and ranked in Golf Digest's "places to play" for an unforgettable links experience on the Gulf of Mexico. If you have a more traditional American layout in mind, the Peninsula Golf Club, with its 27 manicured holes and GPS loaded carts is terrific.
Anyone say "fresh seafood?" You can't go wrong at any of our restaurants. Try "Bahama Bobs" for the fresh catch of the day. The lunch specials are to die for. Its hard not to enjoy a meal when the majestic waters of the Gulf can be seen from your table!

I started RelaxontheBeach in 2004 because I knew that the vacation rental/property management business in Gulf Shores needed a complete overhaul. I purchased my first beach house in the early 2000's and immediately listed it with one of the larger property management firms in town. While I was thrilled that the house rented as well as it did, I was not happy with the draconian commission structure, poor cleaning standards, and slipshod maintenance.
I began to advertise and manage my property on my own and I doubled rental revenue in the first 24 months of owning the property.
Neighbors took note. I received phone calls. I received emails. How in the world, they wondered, was I able to generate so much traffic? Every weekend there was a car in my driveway. "Simple" I said, "treat every customer like family."
The personal touch makes all the difference. Our potential guests are personally greeted by a knowledgeable representative. Our quality control director takes pride in the condition of all of our properties and ensures that our thorough cleanliness standards are met. We have a full maintenance department that does its best to address any maintenance concerns quickly.

Had a wonderful time. House was very nice and clean. It was cool and rainy, so we did not get a chance to try the pool. Maybe next time. The owners were very easy to work with. Gulf Shores is our favorite place to vacation. Love the beaches!

I booked this house for a week vacation in August. We had a group of adults ranging in ages from 23-27. Every single one of us had great tales to tell and wonderful memories to be had. It was a great location and great area to spend on a get away. We only wished it would have lasted longer. I would definitely recommend this listing to someone if they asked, but only if I don't bet them to it beach first. Had a wonderful time and great communication with the renters. Thanks again. Great place.

This is an outstanding property to stay at. The house itself is large and very well appointed. The location allows you the opportunity to go to the beach or the lagoon, the house is located on a cul-de-sac in a very quite area. For families the house also comes with a private pool a very big bonus. The owner of the property is super, quick responses starting with questions about the property, thru rental. Price is also outstanding with regards to the size and location of the house.
