Very comfortable 1400 sq ft space with all the amenities including a brand new 32 inch LCD Sony flat-screen TV (watch the Space Shuttle prepare to launch on TV, then go out on the deck to see it go...just awesome!). King size bed in Master, second bedroom is set up as a den with convertible sofa. Kitchen with bar seating, breakfast table facing west overlooking the Indian River, and formal dining room seats six.
Lighted Tennis court, beautiful pool and hot tub on premises. You are right on A1A, so Shopping and fine dining are within minutes of your location. Lou's Blues nightclub is within walking distance, so you can catch some of the local bands play and enjoy your favorite cocktail or beer. You will not want to leave once you get here!
Minimum rental is one month due to Condo restrictions. Great privacy on the south end of this condo, with view overlooking the pool. Floor to ceiling windows with dramatic views from every room! Come for a month, or stay for a year! One small pet allowed.

We live near by this condo, and have lived on Florida's space coast since 1969! We know the area well. We are close enough to help you if you need any assistance, and far enough so you will never hear from us unless needed. Fortunately we keep this beautiful corner unit rented most of the year; unfortunately, we don't get to use it much ourselves :-(

Why the Owner Chose Indian Harbour Beach
Location, location, location! Absolutely best view on Florida's space coast. 7th Floor corner unit gives you really dramatic views in nearly every direction...North to the Cape, East towards the Atlantic sunrises, south towards Sebastian Inlet and west views of the sunsets over the Indian River!
The condo itself is really nicely laid out and appointed with furnishings and appliances, but the location makes this place a great place to hang out for a month or longer!
