Enjoy this cozy end-unit townhouse all year round. Terrific mountain views during all seasons. The 3 levels give the renter many options for accommodations. The top level has a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, and a loft with a queen size futon. The bottom level has a large bedroom with twin bed, a full size bathroom, a bunk room (2 beds), and a laundry room. Walk out to deck and grassy area from lower level. The middle level has the foyer, kitchen, dining area, and a good sized living room. There is a fireplace in the living room and fire wood is provided on a limited basis. FREE WIFI.
The Sports Club offers 2 indoor pools, 1 outdoor pool, a pond for swimming and fishing, another pond for skating, locker facilities, an outdoor basketball court, 4 tennis courts, volley ball, children's playground, paddle boats, an inside jacuzzi, an outside jacuzzi, a sauna, and on site food service in the warmer months.
With easy access to a major highway, it's a 20-30 minute drive to Waterville, Loon, Tenney and Cannon Mountains. It's 15-20 minutes to Plymouth or Lincoln/Woodstock.

The townhouse was laid out great. Pleanty of room for the 7 of us. Nice view from lower patio and living room. Quick and easy location, minutes from the highway and the Super Walmart. Hope we didnt bother the folks right next door with the Big Game on Thanksgiving or Movies. Very relaxing ! Would definately rent from Bill again. Overall, we had a great stay in the condo. The description is exactly accurate! The location is very secluded, a bit of the way up the main road, but still only about 6 mins to the I93, so perfect central spot for families going on adventures daily! The rec centre was a great bonus, as we were able to take the kids there every evening to play in the pool while the adults relaxed. We ate up there one night, it served good pub food. The unit has a BBQ and all amenities - with a grocery store 2 exits down the road, we were set. We did eat at one of the local restaurants (Sunset Grill) - it was good. There is nothing that is withing walking distance, which was fine for us. The condo itself was great - clean and well laid out, so that the kids could go to bed and the adults could stay up, 2 bathrooms and laundry. There is an additional bedroom in the basement with bunk beds that is not pictured. We all slept in the basement because it was 30+ degrees all week, so it was quite warm! Beautiful views, great back yard, easy access and great owners! Bill was very helpful and responsive to all of my questions, as well as directing me where to go for anything we needed! Can't say enough great things about the stay - we will definitely be back!Owner response: Thanks for the nice comments! Just a note that these guests hail from the beautiful province of Nova Scotia. We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend, and it was lovely. The drive up to the property showed that the property is secluded, off the main roads, yet not too far to stores with supplies if needed. This provided wonderful night time sky views. An added bonus was the side of the property facing the mountains was sloped down, making a natural, private sledding hill! Plus, the townhouse had several sleds, sno-tubes, and even a snowboard to use. There was fresh snow, and it added an exciting event for our trip! The sunrises and sunsets over the mountains were wonderful to watch from the living room, master bedroom, or the deck. There were plenty of board games to add fun by the fire in the evenings. Many of the the town and shops of Waterville Valley were open during Thanksgiving weekend - another added bonus.The townhouse was a comfortable, inviting place to stay for the holiday weekend.Did you find this review helpful? My stay at this condo with soul cleansing views was far above my expectations and everything I hoped for. From the serenity of the back deck to the beautiful fireplace, this home provided what any lover of New Hampshire's mountains & lakes coul possibly want. Every morning is greated by a spectatular view across a beautiful valley which is framed on all sides by majestic mountain peaks. The location could not be better. We easily travelled across the Kangamangus highway and looped back through the Franconia Notch via Rt 302 on one day and the next day, we conveneniently drove down to Weirs beach to take the cruise aboard the Mt. Washington. If you're looking for good restaurants, there are many to choose from. Or you can just grill a few steaks as the sun sets out on the back patio. Thank you Bill for your hospitality and helping me share this experience with my elderly parents...we all absolutely LOVED it!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

The views are absolutely breathtaking, right from the living room windows and back deck! I had no idea how many local activities there are for your family to do. Brochures are available at the condo and at local rest areas. The condo is very spacious and my family of 6 had more than enough room. The "clubhouse" with exercise room, indoor and outdoor pools, playscape area and local swimming pond is great, better than any other we have seen so far. At this low summer special for the week, this is almost a steal ! Local grocery store very inexpensive, and the small kitchen area has everything you need. Laundry room in basement of condo is great, whole place is cleaned well. Thanks Bill and Claire !!!Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

What separated this property from others in Lincoln and this area were the views. It's convenient to rt 93 but not too close. The sports club was also an attraction, specifically for the young folk.
