This place is even more amazing than the pictures show! Great location near canyon lodge, breath-taking views, plenty of space, everything you could want and more! The only negatives I could say are that there are lots of stairs which get tiring due to the altitude and there were no paper towels.. but those were really minor. The house is fully stocked otherwise. I would definitely recommend this place to any group whether with kids or just kids at heart :)

This home was absolutely beautiful with all the amenities and the owner was so helpful too. There are a lot of steps in this home but you eventually get used to it. If you are going with a group or another family it is really nice because the bedrooms are on different floors which gives you more privacy. We went in the summer for the bluesapalooza and had a great time. We fished and went sightseeing as well.

We found a great place to stay in the future. We go always in the springtime and we really enjoyed the views. Timber Ridge was cozy and we could see how we would really enjoy it if we visit in the winter also. If we make it out next winter we will definitely book your home. It was wonderful and a great place to make memories with friends and family....Thank You

We stayed here at the end of February with 2 other families and we all loved it. The loft and theatre room was great for the kids. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and every type of spice you will need for coooking...The view from the kitched was amazing as there was so much snow. The owner was very nice and great at responding back to all my questions - We will definitely be coming back!!!

My wife and I loved this chalet! We spent a week watching 6' of snow fall. The house has HUGE floor to ceiling windows on two sides of the great room. A handsom well stocked kitchen, a big bar with "nice" wine glasses and martini glasses. A great dining table that easily seat 8. The furnishings are quite nice . The location is a 2 minute drive, 15 minute walk, or a ski away from the Canyon Lodge. The street below has very little traffic. There are lovely views of huge pine trees, and beyond views of sunrises over distant mountains. The house is totaly private with no neighbors to stare at.The 2 decks and jaccuzzi put this baby over the top. We love high ceilings and the main room must be 18' tall at the peak. We were hoping for a fireplace to watch but there is a nice wood stove with a glass door that does an excellent job on the ambience front.. A two car garage, great heated boot room, another area for your skiis with elegant stone floors allowing us not to worry about water damage. A well maintained and truely loved home. After 10 or more different Mammoth rentals over the years, this will be our #1 choice for Mammoth stays from this day forward. Thanks for taking such pride in your home away from home. Mark and Cindy

This house is amazing. We stayed over Thanksgiving and used the fully equipped open kitchen to pull off an incredible meal. There are plenty of towels, glasses, plates, blankets, pillows - - even soaps and lotions are provided! We had 6 people and could have easily slept a few more. The owner is great to work with, thorough and available for questions, etc. I highly recommend this beautiful, impeccably clean house!!

This is a great cabin! Awesome Movie Room... GREAT VIEW!! Right next to the slopes... literally a a couple minutes walk from the cabin we snowboarded back country down to the lifts. Beginners will have a problem snowboarding down that way though because of the snow being really soft and you sinking right through it. Property is very clean. Only problem is the cabin is 4 Stories and the kitchen, living room is on the 3rd floor... gets kind of tiring after awhile... BUT GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL!

Wonderful, warm home, tucked into the hillside above canyon lodge. Beautiful wood interior and views. A short walk up the road and ski through the trees chair 8. Skiing back is an easy green run if the upper road is snow covered, or more direct down the black diamond slope above the house right to the front door. We all had a great stay.

Gorgeous, modern, spacious, multi-level mountain ski chalet (house) full of light and windows (the house is even nicer than the photos depict). We've been spoiled and won't be able to return to staying at the Juniper Springs Lodge after staying in this house. Two car garage; heated entryway to store skis and ski equipment with boot and mitten driers; master bedroom with steam shower, luxurious bath tub, and hot tub on the balcony just off the master bedroom; Miele and Gagganeau appliances; and floor to ceiling picture windows that gave us front row seats in the living of the snow storm, made cozy by a wood burning stove (with a gas fireplace in the master bedroom). My wife and I and 2 adolescent boys stayed in the house, but it easily could have accomodated a second family. Ski access requires a 5-10 minute walk up the street with a fairly easy drop-in and an approximately 30 yard ski through the trees to the main slopes at Canyon Lodge. My wife is an experienced beginner/low intermiediate skier and did not have any trouble with this. Never tried skiing the return from the slopes back to the house or drop-in point, which I understand is a little more challenging, and since I only skied one day, my quads were burning, but I was able to get a ride with a samaritan for the 1/2 mile drive from Canyon Lodge back to the house. Communication with the owner was a pleasure, and the property manager and housekeeping staff were all very sensitive and responsive. A delightful house and great value, especially given some of the dark houses advertised on the web.

This property was very clean, well maintained and very modern. It is a multi story place with some awesome amenities. Some info not provided on the website: 1.) the enjoyable hot tub is right outside the master bedroom. There is another door to access it, but the outside was covered with snow/broken icicles during our stay so was impossible to get to without going through the master. 2.) The available beds include the king in the master, king in the second bedroom (kitchen level), a corner couch (doesn't fold out) in the theatre room (kitchen level), a couch (doesn't fold out) in the living room (kitchen level), a queen in the loft, a queen in the loft bedroom, and a cut out area in the loft with a foam pad. Also note that ski-in/ski-out is a little more difficult than described. To ski out you have to walk up the road and then drop into canyon lodge (not for beginners), but the walk to canyon is not too bad. To ski back in was a little more of an adventure. We only got a chance to try twice and didn't quite figure it out exactly. But we eventually made it back...just don't try to do it after the slopes have closed in case you overshoot. Overall this place was amazing and provided an awesome weekend. We had a few people enjoy this condo so much that they stayed indoors all weekend!

This house was much more than I had expected. It was so nice to stay here, the house is so equipped its as if we lived there. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax after a long day on the slopes. If there is a chance, I'd definitely stay there again. And the ownder is very nice and accommodating, it was a pleasure to rent this house.

WOW! This house is AMAZING. Minutes to Canyon lodge. It really made our trip. So nice to come home after a long day on the slopes and jump into the hot tub overlooking the mtn, or the nice steam shower. You won't even THINK about staying in a hotel after staying in this house. Boot/glove warming area was great, sledding right outside, awesome stereo, home theater, wood stove, nice BBQ, 2 car garage.. I could go on and on. Owner was VERY accomodating and a pleasure to deal with. We are picky, and LOVED this house, BOOK IT!
