The title really says it all, and I truly cannot say enough about this rental but I will try. First off the owners. What a class act. Great, swift communication and really willing to bend over backwards to make sure you have everything you need. As for the property itself. WOW! I was only there for three nights but could easily have spent the entire vacation there. The pictures do not do the view justice and I fully believe this is the best view in Waikiki, and you don't even have to spend an absorbitant amount to enjoy it. On top of that, it was clean and quiet with an insanely huge lanai. The parking was included in the price, with easy in and out privileges. Next time I'm in Waikiki I'll be staying here again. Mahalo Kama!

I have visited Oahu four times, and this was by far my favourite stay. The unit is clean and welcoming. The building is perfectly located, and the view from the balcony is magnificent. Meeting Kamakani was a true highlight of our stay. He is a gracious and accomodating man who made us feel truly at home with his genuine sense of aloha. The listing and photographs of the property are completely accurate. The views are breathtaking and exactly what you see in the photographs. The property is clean, well maintained and very quite. Kama was amazing, very responsive and helpful. The property is walking distance from the beach and is in the perfect location. Without hesitation, I would recommend this property. It was beyond what I expected.

We stayed here for 5 days in June celebrating our 25th anniversary and had an awesome time. The room is great and the lanai is spacious... and the view is amazing. Kamakani was great to work with and was easy to communicate with. It's a couple blocks from the beach and central things we loved to do in Waikiki. The rate, plus the wifi and parking make this just an amazing deal. The pictures are 100% accurate... it's beautiful.

The condo is exactly like its shown on the pictures.....very cozy and the view from the 41st floor is absolutely amazing =) The exterior of the hotel (Island Colony) is quite dated, but Kama did a great job renovating the interior of the condo...adding the Hawaiian touch to it! My boyfriend and I are so pleased with how clean and new the condo is....! As well, the location of the condo is excellent...walkable distance to the main strip and the beach...it is also right next to our favorite noodle place "Marukame Udon"...we discovered it on our way to the beach..please go try it out...their udons are sooo yummy, authentic and affordable..great for budget travelers like us ....there is always a line up by noon...so go early! Kama was a great help...(he delivered the keys to us at the hotel entrance)...Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful condo with us =)...We will definitely stay again and recommend this to our frds!! In luv with Wakiki!

This place is just as it's described and pictured. You're way up high, it's as quiet as you can get being in the heart of the city. Quaint, clean, maintained well, and also stocked with everything you need. Unfortunately we came when the pool/hot tub was being renovated, but that has nothing to do with the owner of this unit, and our stay here was still superb beyond belief. Just imagine waking up to the sunrise every morning, stepping out on the lanai, and seeing the hills and beach right from your place! Plus being able to cook meals, eating breakfast on the lanai, and have the essential beach items you need. Plenty of storage and plenty of room. Oh, and that bed is absolutely melt-into comfy! Mahalo again for such a great first Oahu stay!

Amazing location with beautiful views of Diamond Head and Waikiki

This is a rare jewel, located at the top of a secure and convenient condo. We had such a wonderful time on our vacation, and felt so fortunate to find this property. Our mornings started with coffee on the lanai, and our days ended watching Diamond Head and Waikiki as the sun went down. The property is super clean, and stocked with everything you could need. I don't believe there is a better deal in all of Honolulu!

I stayed here last Spring with a friend and it was everything we needed, plus more! Kama was so helpful getting us checked in early (we arrived a few hrs ahead of time). The studio was spotless with freshly cleaned towels and bedding. The Lanai had great furniture and chairs for the beach! It was so nice to wake up and be able to have breakfast looking at Diamond Head. I will definitely go back to this condo!! :)

The condo looks exactly as it is displayed in photos, and Kama and his family could not have been more helpful. This was our first overseas holiday and first VRBO rental and we could not have been more pleased. There was sunscreen in the cupboard, toilet paper, spare towels, beach towels, beach gear, basic cooking goods, DVD's travel guides and maps and it was clean and well maintained. Kama also left us a few little presents and a card welcoming us which was fantastic. The location, the views, the building and the condo were fantastic. Thankyou so much Kama, Steph and Kai, for making our honeymoon so wonderful!

This is an excellent condo. I found it very clean and the view was beyond expectation. The pictures do a poor job in capturing the view - in reality the view is much more spectacular. The owner, Kama goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and to help you with any questions you may have.

Staying here was a great decision. You will not be disappointed. This was our first VRBO rental and the owner was very nice and everything went smoothly. The condo is very nice and has a great view. The bed is comfortable and the condo looks exactly like it does in the pictures, new and clean. It is also just a short walk to the beach and downtown (5-10 minutes depending on your speed). Additionally, we ran into one problem that was no fault of the owner, and he quickly took care of it. If you need something or have any questions, the owner is friendly, quick and efficient. We would definitely stay here again and it is a BARGAIN in comparison to other condos/hotels in the area.

An absolutely phenomenal lodging experience. Amazing views, very clean unit, and free parking. I have traveled to Hawaii 7 times and this was one of the best places I have stayed. The owner had every possible thing we needed and the location of the unit is perfect. This was a great experience and we will be back.

The condo is in a great location and the views are great. There was a full moon when we stayed and seeing the full moon over diamond head with all the city lights was awesome! The room had everything we needed, it's very clean and well kept. Having free parking was a real plus. Parking in Waikiki is the pitts! We will keep this one in our file of places to rent.

The other reviews aren't kidding when they say that this place is really great. It has a nice blend of modern furnishings and tasteful decor that creats a cozy atmosphere, which just adds to the great views of Waikiki and Diamondhead. The condo has all the essential amenities that you will need--cooking and eating utensils, beach and bath towels, and a comfortable bed. Additionally, the owner was very friendly and helpful; He gave us great advice about island activities and amazing food. No doubt, if we are in Waikiki again, this place would be our number one choice. Aloha!

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. We felt very comfortable in the space. It was well maintained and very clean. We liked the location. We could walk to everything on Waikiki that we wanted to. And the free parking was a big plus!

Fantastic...near everything but on a nice quiet street! The lanai is large and comfortable, & the decor in the unit is great! Perfect for a couple, the queen bed was really comfortable. We enjoyed watching the sunrise over Diamondhead each day. The on-site convenience store had better prices than the grocery store!!! The owners were great, giving us advice and tips on where to go and things to do, since this was our first time on Oahu. Extremely reasonable cost, parking included, made this rental an incredible value. We will rent it again the next time we go to Waikiki, and are already recommending it to others.

If your going to stay in Waikiki this condo is a must. It is everything you expect and more. The view is unbelievable. Waking up to a sunrise every morning and the complete view of Diamond Head and Waikiki beach was amazing. Everything in the apartment is new and fresh. High Speed internet and free parking was a huge bonus. This is definatley a must stay in Waikiki. I've been to Hawaii 10 times and this was the most enjoyable place we've ever stayed.
