This is a huge, sweet 2 bedroom home that sleeps 4 with the charm of ole' St.Pete. This home was built by a german couple in the late 30;s. It features hardwood floors throughout. It sits on a corner lot with oak trees and in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and generous with plenty of windows. There are several ceder lined closets and a nice big outdoor porch to enjoy the balmy evenings,& you can bicycle to all downtown. FIREPLACE TOO !!~

There are restaurants within walking distance. This is a desirable location and it is family oriented. There is a nice frontyard too. It is in the St.Pauls area, known for it's historic church. This unit is a whopping 1,300 square feet of fine Florida living space. A very small pet is allowed once it is under 35 pounds. Lots of nice upgrades to home too- You'll get the most for your time and money here with a local owner with a friendly vacation spot-.
