This was my second stay. Thanks for the good time. It's a perfect home for our family and we had a great time. Also noticed that you replaced the carpet and added some new nice furniture. Like it! Anyways thanks again and we'll definitely be back next year.

Thanks had a great time. Everything worked great. Next time we'll just pray for more snow I guess. I hear it's dumping now which is kind of ironic. But anyway the house was really comfortable and we'll hit you up next time we come out. -Jay

We have been coming to Bear Hollow for the past 5 years and this was our favorite Townhome by far. Having the amount of beds you do really made it easy for us to stretch out and not be cramped. Nothing bad to say and only good! Hot tub was clean and clear which was important to us. The bedding and furniture was clean and comfortable and the double oven was convenient.

We had a nice stay. Everything worked well and we have no complaints. It was nice having enough sitting room for our whole family. 4 Leather Couches...wow. We especially liked the Cowboy leather couch. That was the kids favorite. It started to get a bit chilly so we're looking to coming back during the ski season for a couple of nights. Thanks again and thanks to Linda for taking such good care of us.
Owner response:Thanks Brent! We're glad you liked it! I think we are going to have a very solid ski season. We're waxing our ski's! -The Owners

We stay here every Fall since the owners started renting in 2005. It's our favorite Bear Hollow unit. We are close by in Salt Lake and it's perfect for our group of 14 (and growing!). The owners are good friends of ours and keep the place squeaky clean and always updated. We especially love the new Serta Mattresses! (Thanks Guys!). We definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place to stay in Park City!
Owner response:Thanks Jayne and Family! We agree the Mattresses are to die for! Very comfortable...come back soon! - The Owners

We had our family up from out of town and decided to stay at Bear Hollow Village. We saw the photos on this home and decided to book. We were surprised at how nice the furniture was and how perfect the home was for our family. Loved the private hot tub and we loved the proximity to Olympic Park and the theaters. Definitely booking again next year for our family. Much better than having them stay at our house lol. :)
Owner response:We agree! Olympic Park is so fun to go to. It's definitely one of the hidden gems of the area. Zip Line! Alpine Slides! And....you can now pay to go down the actual Bob Sled track. Our friend runs the track and currently holds the course record for summer! It's a must do!

This unit has lots of beds to sleep a large family group and is well stocked with supplies. The garage is a plus and hot tub was nice to relax in. The unit was clean and had plenty of sofas in the large living room. There were a couple of small items, freyed carpeting, and the front door would not lock easily. The largest concern was no TV reception. The DISH system had an error code for both TVs so we called the contact person. She was very caring but did not have an answer. I asked her to have the manger call me but he never called back. The next day after several calls asking for the manager we still did not get any help until I called in the evening and the contact person was able to get me a number to call the DISH company. After I called and they reset the system we were able to get reception only on the TV in the master bedroom. Two days without any TV reception and no calls back to me from the unit manager. After our visit I complained and the answer back to me was we must have hit a wrong button. It was our problem. Unless the support is better, I would not recommend this unit to other visitors.
Owner response:We're so sorry the TV wasn't working. Dish Network came out and fixed the settings so everything is working fine now! The carpet has been fixed and everything is perfect again! Thanks! - The Owners

WONDERFULLY built - quiet between floors - great for family reunion - clean - affordable - comfy beds. Minor glitches to check on: hard water build up made dishwasher inoperable. Had to hand-wash dishes - also hand-light gas burners on stove (igniters out). Pictures show grill on deck, but no propane provided. Add $30 and trip to store for propane tank - or bring your own. Carpet between dining and kitchen taped down due to staples sticking up which can cut bare feet. WILL PROBABLY RENT AGAIN - but will check to see that these items have been fixed.
Owner response:Soft water tank has now been installed so there is no more hard water build up! Sorry for the hassle! Also there is a gas station down the road you can use if you run out of propane. We keep plenty on the deck in case. - The Owners

We recently stayed at the Oslo Townhome. If anyone has questions about the quality of this place and whether or not they should stay here all I can say is I give it a definite 2 Thumbs Up! We have stayed in Park City 5 Years in a row now and it's definitely our favorite so far. We were well taken care of.
Owner response:We love having you! Keep coming! - The Owners

Our siblings had a great reunion. We will definitely stay again next year. The place was clean and had very nice furnishings. The beds were especially comfortable and I loved bath tub and master! Overall we had a really great experience. I liked being close to the Movie Theaters and Restaurants and we were right next to the Canyon and Park City Resorts. Thanks again!
