Our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is upgraded and fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Kihei Sands is a great spot for rest and relaxation. Kihei Sands has recently tiled all the walkway, lanai and patio areas. Because we offer one, two, and three bedroom units, families, friends, wedding parties, honeymooners, reunion groups, and senior citizens choose to enjoy a stay together at Kihei Sands.
Kihei Sands Condominium sits directly on one of Maui’s best beaches, Sugar Beach. From our oceanfront pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, and stretching for miles in either direction. Our Patio area here at Kihei Sands is one of our most enjoyed Commodities. Enjoy each morning with fresh brewed Kona Coffee or each evening enjoy Pupu`s (Appetizers) while watching the awesome Sunset!!! Fabulous views from our patio include turtle`s, manta ray`s, occasionally a pod of dolphins, whales (when in season), and last but not least our Spectacular Maui Sunsets!!! Our Patio is for all to enjoy, and it’s a small enough complex that you can get to know other guests during your stay which portrays our Ohana (Family Atmosphere). For nearby dining and shopping options, a small general store and a great sandwich shop are located next door at Sugar Beach Resort. A fresh fruit and vegetable market with Maui produce, breads, cheeses and salsas is a short five minute walk down the beach from here. There is also an ABC Store also within this short 5 minute walk down the beach. A large shopping complex that includes Safeway, Hilo Hattie, Outback Steakhouse, Roy’s Restaurant, Starbucks, Maui Tacos, Post Office, ice cream parlors, jewelry stores, and more is located three miles south of Kihei Sands. The upscale resort area of Wailea is a ten to fifteen minute drive south, where restaurants and shopping abound as well. Nearby Maalaea Harbor is a hub for snorkeling, scuba, and chartered fishing boats. Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer.

Another wonderful stay in B9, This is our 7th year in this room and always look forward to the wonderful changes. PS love the new picture in the living room plus the other great upgrades. Phoenix, AZ Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise. Your condo remodel looks very nice and your bed very comfortable. Your new shower is great for a small bathroom along with all the extras made it great. We had friends join us in two other condo's and LOVE the paito atmosphere. We've been coming to this great resort for years but this was the first time in your unit. My husband and two sons will be back in August to works at Maui Electric for 10 days. We had a wonderful time staying in your lovely condo. We enjoyed breakfast outside and drinks in the evening. We traveled all over the island including Hana, Haleakala and enjoyed the zip line. From Vancouver, BC We've had a most enjoyable month in your condo and at the beach side of Kihei Sands. We have been coming here for more than 20 years but this is the first time in your unit. We spent many relaxing hours on your peaceful lanae, set in a lovely garden. Paul and Maureen have created a beautiful setting for Kihei Sands since I was last here in 2005.
