Location: Kaluakoi, Molokai, Hawaii, USA (15 Minutes from the Airport--a world away from the ordinary!)

Accommodations:  Condominium, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath (Sleeps 2)

I guess we have continously set the rental rates WAY TOO LOW!!. This condo is so popular, and we have so many returning guests, that there are no openings until March 2010. That being said, the months of March, April and May are really prime times to enjoy this island--really, is there a bad time to visit paradise--I think not.

Experience heaven on earth on the Island of Molokai. This one bedroom, one bath unit is secluded and quiet with a garden view which also looks down on the seventeenth green of the KaluaKoi Golf Course.

Just a five minute walk from the most beautiful beaches in all of Hawaii, which can be strolled without ever seeing another person!

The bottom floor unit is located in an area with no traffic ( foot or vehicle)or light incursion. The trade winds are soothing as you enjoy the garden views with windows open and no worries of people looking in. You will enjoy new furniture, a serta mattress, plenty of cookware, spices, towel and sheets. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Free Wireless Internet has been installed so that you may stay connected with family and friends.

It is just a one minute walk to the beautiful pool and spa area with adjacent barbecue and Tennis Courts. This is the perfect place for total relaxation and rejuvenation of the spirit. Time seems to pass slowly, like it did years ago. Once you experience Molokai it will be your preferred vacation for years to come!

With only one car rental company on the island, we remain one of the few owners to offer a beautiful 1995 Jeep Wrangler with full 4-wheel drive as possible transportation. The car is a 5-speed with only 60,000 miles. I keep it always serviced and it has proven extremely reliable. A 4-wheel drive car is a must on the island for those wishing to explore the rain forest and some of the more out of the way places. You must possess a clean driving record, insurance and pay a fully refundable $1,000.00 security deposit (our collision deductible).

With the recent closing of the Kaluakoi pool, in the adjacent condo complex( West Molokai Resort-Kaluakoi Villas), we offer the finest pool on the island and possibly the only jaccuzzi!!!

  • Telephone: Free incoming and local calls; but, you'll need a calling card or 800 style number to call long distance.

  • We recently returned from a delightful 2 month stay at the condo. We found it to be well equipped and very conveniently located in proximity to the pool, spa and BBQ area. We enjoyed many rounds of golf and each time were treated in a most friendly, courteous and helpful manner. A morning jog followed by a coffee on the lanai, communing with wild turkeys that would wander up to within arms length, never became old. We gathered fresh lemons and bananas from tree's just beyond the lanai. At night we were lulled to sleep by the rythmic pounding of incoming surf. Truly, life in paradise.

  • We stayed for a month and loved it. Every thing is clean and the grounds and pool area very nice. The views of the golf course are gteat and the beach with its beautiful sunsets was a real treat. Only problem was neighbors and their smoking coming in the patio doors. Would like to return in the future.

  • without question the best deal we've found on any of the islands, and we've seen them all. Great view,clean,nice accomodations, wonderful pool with a hot tub and helpful owners. Theres no way to beat the price for such a nice condo. Will definetely come back.

  • From the beginning our hosts, Rick and Steph welcomed us to their lovely condo. They were always courteous and kept in frequent contact with us in the preparation for the departure period. Upon arrival we discovered things as promised. We were most impressed with the very well equipped kitchen; the beautiful sparkling hardwood floors and the attention to detail so that we would be comfortable from the first moment of our arrival. We were entertained by the resident turkeys and mina birds and loved to watch the swaying palms and the developing bananas and their blossoms from the nicely appointed patio. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity.
