Experience heaven on earth on the Island of Molokai. This one bedroom, one bath unit is secluded and quiet with a garden view which also looks down on the seventeenth green of the KaluaKoi Golf Course.
Just a five minute walk from the most beautiful beaches in all of Hawaii, which can be strolled without ever seeing another person!
The bottom floor unit is located in an area with no traffic ( foot or vehicle)or light incursion. The trade winds are soothing as you enjoy the garden views with windows open and no worries of people looking in. You will enjoy new furniture, a serta mattress, plenty of cookware, spices, towel and sheets. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Free Wireless Internet has been installed so that you may stay connected with family and friends---even at the pool!!!!.
It is just a one minute walk to the beautiful pool and spa area with adjacent barbecue and Tennis Courts. This is the perfect place for total relaxation and rejuvenation of the spirit. Time seems to pass slowly, like it did years ago. Once you experience Molokai it will be your preferred vacation for years to come!
According to our guests (and our own personal opinion), we offer the finest pool on the island and possibly the only jaccuzzi!!!

- Lanai : Directly available from either the bedroom or living room--step right out and start relaxing! Brand new screen doors!

- Ocean View : Look hard and you might catch a "glimpse" of the ocean through the trees!
- Golf Course Front : Overlooks the 17th. green of the old Kaluakoi golf course--currently closed (but the view isn't). Glimpse of the water.

- Telephone : Free incoming and local calls; but, you'll need a calling card or 800 style number to call long distance.
- Cell Phone : Cell coverage is available, but "spotty".
- Broadband Internet : WiFi and Ethernet cable provided. WiFi at the pool and other common areas ( if you want to correspond while acquiring a tan).

- The all-weather tennis courts are simply fantastic for singles or doubles play. Next to the courts and the pool is the gas BBQ--a great place to cook your steaks, fresh fish or vegetables and enjoy a glass of wine with your neighbors and new friends. Our guests consisently compliment us on how well we maintain the unit, offer directions and input regarding local activities and provide a great vacation at an affordable price.

- No Pets Allowed : Not our choice but an HOA condition!!! Sorry.
- Not Suitable for Children : We only rent to adults. Keeps the wear and tear to a minimum. Also, only one bedroom; SO, where would you put the kiddies?

- The trail to Father( now "Saint") Damien's hospital for the treatment of Leprosy is accessible both on foot and by mule. It is a truly amazing journey and worth the physical effort. The "Sea Cliffs" are the highest in the world!! The Island is known as the "Friendly Island" and it truly lives up to that reputation. This is "Old Hawaii", where nothing happens very fast, there is not a single stop light on the island and a "traffic jam" is three cars in a row--you get the picture!!!

We've been together for more than 38 years, have two great children and two super grandchildren.
We are both retired professionals and spend much of our time performing volunteer services for the local United Way, hospitals and animal organizations.
The remainder of our "free" time is used for travel, reading, maybe a little golf and time well-spent with family and friends!

My wife and I have been spending our summers on the islands for over 20 years, and Rick has been the best condo owner that we have had the experience of renting from. He ensures that EVERYTHING is running in excellent order, and that our stay would be relaxing and stress-free. The neighbors were great, the pool and spa are just close enough, and the beaches are really good for relaxing on. All in all, we had a great time and really appreciated Rick making sure that the condo met our needs and expectations.

We recently returned from a delightful visit at the condo. We found it to be well equipped and very conveniently located in proximity to the pool, spa and BBQ area. A morning coffee on the lanai, communing with wild turkeys that would wander up to within arms length, was such a treat. We gathered fresh limes from a tree just beyond the lanai. At night we were lulled to sleep by the rythmic russeling from the palms. The grounds were kept up beautifully. All the neighbors and the manager were very helpful and very friendly. The photos and amenities were exactly as described. We rented the Jeep and It is kept in tip top shape and runs like a dream, great stereo and beach chairs also. Dixie maru was a daily visit for us and snorkeling there was the best on the island. We felt like we have made some new friends with the owners. We are ready to go right back and would definately stay again.Truly, life in paradise 1luv janie and Preston

We spent six weeks at Rick & Steph's condo and it proved to be a most enjoyable stay. From the moment of booking, Rick was in touch with us at all times with helpful information. Communication with Rick during our stay was excellent . He took every step possible to ensure the accomodation was what we expected -even the welcoming bottle of wine!! The condominium was very well equipped with everything we needed to make our vacation relaxing and go smoothly. We enjoyed many rounds of golf and each time were treated in a most friendly, courteous and helpful manner. We stayed for a month and loved it. Every thing is clean and the grounds and pool area very nice. The views of the golf course are gteat and the beach with its beautiful sunsets was a real treat. Only problem was neighbors and their smoking coming in the patio doors. Would like to return in the future.

without question the best deal we've found on any of the islands, and we've seen them all. Great view,clean,nice accomodations, wonderful pool with a hot tub and helpful owners. Theres no way to beat the price for such a nice condo. Will definetely come back.

From the beginning our hosts, Rick and Steph welcomed us to their lovely condo. They were always courteous and kept in frequent contact with us in the preparation for the departure period. Upon arrival we discovered things as promised. We were most impressed with the very well equipped kitchen; the beautiful sparkling hardwood floors and the attention to detail so that we would be comfortable from the first moment of our arrival. We were entertained by the resident turkeys and mina birds and loved to watch the swaying palms and the developing bananas and their blossoms from the nicely appointed patio. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity.
