We love our home away from home! Sometimes we feel it's too nice to rent, but then we would not be able to share the desert with others and have them experience the atmosphere that makes Palm Springs!

Architect and designer, Donald Wexler has designed some of the most sought after designer homes in the desert area! He tastefully appointed our Condos with beautiful lush landscape and green belts and situated the Condos for maximum privacy and views.

Three pools and jacuzzis are within walking distance. Two tennis courts, you have a private patio with a beautiful bubbly fountain. Overhead professional misters and landscape to relax in. The side gate gives you access to the closest pool and it's always quite and clean. You are walking distance to grocery store, video store, drug store, gas station, bus transportation and other services.

  • I stayed in this condo for the entire month of April. It was lovely. Every morning a humming bird came for a bath in the fountain in the garden. The pool was very warm and the water was like silk. Grocery store was a 5 minute walk. Thanks LeeAnn

  • Love, love, love the condo. It is hands down our family's favorite place to go for vacation. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and in the best location. We found a huge park within walking distance for the kids. Groceries, coffee, and restaurants all around the corner, so you don't have to get in your car. We loved the nice, clean pool area and grassy areas. The condo is beautifully decorated and so relaxing. So close to downtown (minutes), so you can try all the different breakfast and dinner places. A wonderful place to stay with or without kids. We hope to keep coming back.

  • The condo was awesome! We loved how peaceful the complex was. The pool was close for the kids, and grilling on the private patio was great. We had everything we needed right there.   • Hi Leeann, Just wanted to drop you a quick line to let you know again how much we enjoyed staying at your place. Everything was fabulous and wonderful and it was a bonus to be so close to everything. We really enjoyed the view of the mountain from the bedroom and the beautiful surroundings of the patio. The grill came in handy for our cookout, and the fountain and the lights added a romantic touch. Thanks again for sharing your place with us. It is our desire to return there within the next 2 years.
