Reservation Policy:
* Two night minimum stay required during low season. 3 night minimum during high season.
* The Security Deposit must be paid within 7 days of reservation acceptance.
* The Security Deposit (Fully refundable after stay) amount is the equivalent of three days' rent.
* Final payment of the rental fee is due 14 days before date of occupancy of the rental unit, during low season and 30 days before during Peak Season.

* Money Orders and Cashiers Checks are preferred.
* We DO accept personal checks if we receive them at least 30 days prior to your stay.
* We also accept credit card payments through PayPal.

- Queen Bed : Extra blankets provided, Extra thick warm comforter, both cotton sheets and flannel sheets provided. Extra pillows and throw blankets added for more comfort.
- Convertible Bed : Queen size sofa bed with all the extra bedding provided. Easy to pull out and put back.
- Crib : A fold up playpen/pack-n-play/portable crib is provided. The downstairs bedroom is very large, with plenty of space to set up the baby cot for your little one.

- Shared Hot Tub : The clubhouse is beautiful with full size shower and changing rooms, work out facilities, large screen T.V., computer with internet, fireplace and sitting area.
- Cable/Satellite TV : There is a T.V. in the living room as well as in the bedroom downstairs. Basic cable is provided. Both T.V.'s have DVD players.

Why the Owner Chose Bear Hollow Village
We grew up in the Salt Lake Valley and have always loved "getting away" to Park City. We visit Utah every summer and wanted a little place to stay, with mountains, hiking trails, swimming, and fresh air.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our children call our condo our "Mountain Home" and look forward to staying there each summer. Their favorite things to do in Park City are swim in the community pool, go to the park in downtown Park City, and ride the alpine slide at Park City mountain Resort.

We really enjoyed staying in your condo. It is a great location to be able to go to all the ski resorts but not staying in town where the traffic is. Your place is so nice and clean, we enjoyed the fireplace and the big assortment of dvd's. The bed downstairs is so comfortable (pillow top) which is so important to my husband. The kitchen is well equipped with everything imaginable. I like having a kitchen so we can save money and not eat out every meal. Thank you for helping making our vacation so enjoyable!

My wife and I stayed at your condo this summer and discovered that Park City has soo much more to offer than just the usual skiing that we have always enjoyed. I found several mountain bike trails within close proximity to the condo and my wife found some fun little trails for her and our daughter to explore. There is always so much going on and being close to it all sure is great! We really love how nice and relaxed the condo is. We will definitely stay there again this winter and next summer as well. Thank!

We had a great time at your condo. It was so cozy and nice and homey. I liked all the little extras like the throw on the couch and the vase of flowers and pictures scattered around and things like that, that hotel rooms lack. The covered parking space was nice too and will be especially handy in the winter when you can just dash in the back door. We enjoyed Park City and will definately book your condo again when we are there. Thanks for letting us stay there!

My family and I loved this condo. They had everything you could possibly need. They had everything from dishes to toys for the kids. The couch folds out into a bed and there is a bedroom downstairs so we had plenty of sleeping room. They had lots of movies, CD's, and Xbox games for us to use. Park City is beautiful and a wonderful place to stay and this condo was a great deal! We will use this condo again the next time we are in the area. Thanks for sharing your place with us!!

My wife and I stayed here the end of August 2006 and we loved it! The location was good for me because it was close to a nice mountain biking trail, and I made it appoint to take bikes with us up to Park City. It was nice too, that the owners had an XBOX there because my wife and I were able to play a little bit (even though neither of us are video gamers, it was still way fun), and it was also nice that the TV has a ton of ESPN channels so I could watch college football on Saturday. I think the only downside of the place (it's probably only a downside for the husbands) is that it is only a couple minutes drive from the Tanger Outlet Mall. My wife dropped a hundred bucks in just a couple hours! J/K...we both decided that would be fine. Overall, It was a way fun time, and we will definitely be coming back next year! Thanks for keeping the condo open for renters!
